Bob Herrold's All Season's Pools

Description of Work: We had our fiberglass pool resurfaced. We had other estimates and All Season's was comparable to our other estimates. Their professionalism and knowledge set them apart in our decision. They started on the job right away and finished earlier than anticipated. Every employee that came to our home was professional and courteous. We were more than pleased with their service and will use them again in the future if necessary.

Description of Work: The pool and enclosure installation went well and looked beautiful. About a year later we had some filter and hearer control issues and it took several trips to All Seasons Pools in New Smyrna Beach to get them addressed. We still have nearly 2 years of warranty left so hopefully no more problems.

Description of Work: Very slow to get started and finish the job. The quality of the job is about average but not the quality I expected when spending $42000. It took the a YEAR to finally pass the final inspection and only after many phone calls and almost having to involve an attorney. Their customer service after the sale is terrible! They don't return phone calls and make lots of promises they fail to keep. I would not use them again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

Description of Work: Built an in-ground pool, deck, and screen enclosure. He's a great man. He builds a great pool. They've been doing this for over thirty years. He has a great reputation. We got several quotes. The whole team was professional. In any major project like this, it can be scary and things unforseen can happen. Bob stepped up and took care of everything. They were timely and consistent throughout the process. When building a pool, I would recommend knowing what is included and what is your responsibility after the fact...like repairing the yard, sprinklers, landscape, etc. Having clearly set expectations in the contract is important. Bob did a great job with that and he did everything he said he would do...on time and with professionalism. We trust him and would recommend him.
