I have never seen such bad customer service. Don't hire them! They are apparently not interested in having your business. I was so excited to find them at first as it appeared they were able to design my project which is a large, costly project that you would think would be worth their while to pursue. Scheduled to meet with Dave May 16 and he cancelled the day before saying he would reschedule for next week at "my convenience". I asked when next week as I would make it work and after 3 attempts to contact him, he only replied June 2 after I sent him a message that I'd be writing a bad review about his complete lack of response. He finally came out, was very nice and had great ideas and said he would work on designs and send me a quote in a few days. Nothing until July 12 when I messaged him to find out what was going on. He said he would get the numbers together over the weekend. July 30, sent him another message since he never got back to me. Now it's Sept and he just was completely not interested in my business and never responded. He told me he didn't want me to think this was the way he did business but apparently it is.

did not complete the job same day as promised. Could not reach them for weeks. It took a call for someone from Atty General to contact them.

Installing a fence is not rocket science, but being professional, punctual and reliable is a requirement for all contractors. All 3 of these qualities or non-existent with this company. Our fence fiasco began April of 2016. I am writing this on 10/9/2017. Our fence has yet to be inspected. They are on their third permit and we have received a notice from the city that they are going to cancel that one too, since Atlantic has not scheduled the inspection - a year and a half later! Need I say more?
