They gave me a quote over the phone, which is what they charged. They showed up on time and did the job. I had moved most of the furniture, so make sure you let them know if there is something you can't move. The carpet was cleaned, but they were unable to get some stains out like pet urine and ink. They did not know they were on Angie's List, so when I called them to do the job, they first refused, saying it was too long of a distance for them. I had to tell them they were 20 minutes away and were on Angie's List, then they agreed to do it. So, there was no choice from Angie's List to compare. So, if you were to use another company and were satisfied, please put their company on the list.

Wonderful Service, showed up on time and immediately performed the work. Moved all the furniture that needed moving and placed blocks under the ones that did not need moving to protect them. Spent extra time on a couple of difficult areas. My carpets have not looked this good in years. Also does tile cleaning and upholstery cleaning. Very polite and reasonably priced Would recommend to anyone. In fact have told several friends to give him a call.
