Excellent. There were no high pressure sales tactics. They arrived punctually when the installation appointment was made, explained what they were going to be doing, worked steadily, completed the job in a timely fashion. When done they cleaned up their mess, instructed me in the use of the system and urged me to call them if I had any questions or problems.
