Working with Nil's and Chad was a very positive experience. Beginning in the design phase, you can tell immediately that Nis has a wealth of experience, and will not lead you wrong. He was very patient and accommodating as my wife and I explored several different design choices, and would always provide well-reasoned advice. I also appreciated that he offered many upgrade choices and explained why they may be beneficial (particularly on the equipment - more on that later), but it was not a high-pressure approach. Nil's also demonstrated immense integrity throughout the process, honoring his word and commitments and doing the right thing. During the build phase, Chad was there every step of the way to coordinate with the various sub-contractors and keep us apprised of progress and answer questions. We had a few unforeseen issues (not anyone's fault - water table type things), and the All Aqua team and the subs all came together to find a solution that did not add cost, and delivered what we originally wanted. I was impressed. Finally, a note on equipment. Nils and All Aqua only use some of the best equipment as their standard (would have been an upgrade with other builders). Additionally, they offer a few upgrades that I would classify as convenience upgrades that will reduce pool maintenance. I opted to install the upgraded skimmer and the floor cleaning system, and I highly recommend these options. After the most recent hurricane, we cleaned the largest debris manually, then turned on the floor system. Within less than 24 hours, the pool floor went from being nearly 100% covered in leaves and debris to being 100% clear. In short, if I built another pool today, I would use the All Aqua team and I would buy the upgraded cleaning system recommended.

We had planned and researched for nearly 2 years for our pool. We got quotes from 3 companies and talked to lots of pool owners. Based on reviews and professional recommendations, we chose All Aqua Pools for our project and we are so glad we did! We initially met with Nils Erickson for a quote and the final designs, and we were so pleased with the process. He didn’t pressure us at all and didn’t try to sell additional features. He made suggestions and recommendations, and ultimately helped us choose just the right pool and features for our needs. We didn’t know about the automatic floor cleaning system or the Pebbletec surface until talking to Nils, and we chose to include both. The 3-D image was amazing! It helped us visualize exactly what our pool and back yard would look like and helped us choose the perfect shape and deck size. Once the project started, it was amazing to watch everything take shape. It was a well-orchestrated production! Rain delays impacted the production schedule a bit, but otherwise, they were here working and kept us well informed about the schedule and the next steps. Each of the crews that came was amazing. Scott and Hank, the tile and deck team spent a lot of time here and they are very personable guys and did meticulous work. It was fun to take pictures at each stage. Chad Erickson and the rest of the team were with us every step of the way, including “pool school” and following up after the project was complete to make sure everything was just right. Our pool was brand new when Hurricane Matthew made its way to Florida. We had a great deal of tree debris, and dirt in the pool after the storm. We were sure it was going to take a long time to get it back to looking new again. To our surprise, we were back to crystal clear in 2 days! We also chose to install solar panels to heat the pool. Nils helped us choose a reputable company for that portion of our project as well. Now, 2 months after the completion of our pool, we couldn’t be happier! Even with the leaves falling with the cooler weather, our pool cleans itself, and it is ready for us to use every day. Our family would HIGHLY recommend All Aqua Pools to anyone wanting a worry-free pool installation! Incredibly professional from start to finish. Nils and Chad are always there to answer any questions or concerns you may have and keep you incredibly informed with the process each step of the way. Even though we have a small backyard, they helped us to design a pool that was perfect for our family and maximized the space we had. They told us that the pool may take 6-8 weeks, but actually delivered the finished product in just 4 1/2 weeks (even with Hurricane Matthew making an appearance). Unlike our neighbors who chose another pool company, our pool passed inspections the first time each phase of the process. The inspectors even praised this company highly and told us that we made a great choice. In hindsight you can find many things you may regret or wish you had done differently, but not with this company! You will not regret a thing with Nils, Chad, or the crew at All Aqua Pools and the product they will deliver!

This company was recommended by our fence salesman (on a Friday) who gave me their business card and said he would have them contact me. When I received the first call Kearsty wanted the address for the installation estimate and said she'd have the owner, Nils, call on Monday. She went on to tell me how much pools, screens and spas cost. I didn't ask and wasn't interested as I'm quite familiar with those costs having done this before. At 2:14 on Monday, Laurie called and left a message: "Nils wanted me to call you. Not doing any work in (your town) right now. We're just so slammed. Hope you find somebody." If they're not doing work here then the first phone call from them should have explained that. Furthermore, to go into explanation of costs when the customer hasn't asked and is simply trying to set up an appointment for an estimate is unnecessary and condescending. I should have known to expect this. I had called this same company in July, 2015, regarding another property and never received a call back. It must be nice for so many companies to have so much work that they can turn away business and so easily dismiss future customers. They don't realize that negative feedback does greater damage than the good of positive reviews.

We began the process of researching pool builders in early fall by interviewing at least five top rated companies. Most wanted to tell us what we should have and did not listen to our vision of what we wanted. Nils and All Aqua pools took the time to listen to us and stood out as the premium builder with the skills, experience, and customer service demeanor we were looking for. All Aqua pools is NOT Bubba’s “family owned and operated” business where everyone is the jack of all trades and the master of none. IT IS a well-oiled machine that uses highly experienced, vetted, craftsmen and artisans that take deep pride in what they do. All of Nil’s colleagues are clean, respectful and punctual. We actually enjoyed having them around our home and family. Most builders have an inherent bureaucratic disconnect between the salesman and the project lead. This is not the case at All Aqua Pools as Nils serves both roles. There is no middle man. You get what you contracted for and more. Follow up, timing and sequencing of events (including billing) is efficient, effective and accurate. Communication is clear and concise. Nils is accessible. Near the end of construction we had an issue with some spillways that did not quite meet our expectation or vision. Nils took care of this personally and would not give up until we were completely satisfied. He could have walked away but did not. Nils is an obsessive perfectionist and did not manage our expectations by arguing them away. He does not bait and switch and uses only premium products and personnel. Our pool was completed on time in 8 weeks and per our plan was open for fun in early March so that a full season could be enjoyed. This also allowed for our yard to quickly recover to better than it was before by late spring. We are confident that if any warranty or other issue were to arise Nils and All Aqua pools would be there for us. Look no further. This is the team to build your backyard dream! Superb job. All Aqua Pools completed the renovation and installation of the pool, deck and cabana on time and on budget. Additional costs were based on my changes or adds to the project as it progressed. All Aqua Pools has a network of subcontractors that have been vetted over many years and I believe that each phase of the project was completed by top notch folks that were experts in their field. We actually were leaning towards another pool company but before we committed to them we wanted to talk with one more pool company for comparison. I'm sure glad we did. When Nils came out and quoted the job he quoted quality products to begin with not cheap subpar things that needed to be upgraded. It's important to note that Nils is not only the sales guy but the one that is at the job site doing the QC. In all fairness We really did like the other company, however it's important to keep in mind the sales guy would not be the one building our pool he was just the sales guy! After comparing the details of what equipment was included It was very obvious that the other company was quoting cheaper finishes and equipment as were All Aqua pools Knew We needed a better product to begin with and offered upgrades if we really wanted them not because we needed them. Nils and Chad worked with us throughout the entire process and when issues arouse as they often do with construction we were able to work through them easily. We've had our pool almost a year with very few minor issues but All Aqua Pools has addressed them in a timely manner. If your looking for the cheapest company then keep looking but if your looking for the right company then you've found it. We highly recommend All Aqua pools. They did a great job building us a Quality product at a fair price. In a reasonable time frame.

All Aqua Pools did an excellent job from start to finish!! My husband and I are very happy with the quality of our new screened-in, in-ground concrete/gunite/quartz finish pool. Nils Erickson met with my husband and I to give us a quote and we were very impressed that Nils would suggest and/or recommend what would be best and what we did not need as part of our options. In other words, Nils did not try to up sale us anything. The whole process went smoothly from start to finish. Nils would continually tell us to contact him any time with any questions or concerns. I did contact Nils a number of times and he quickly responded to all our questions and concerns. Mainly our questions were about what was the next step and when should we expect the next step to start. The deck and tile guys, Scott and Hank, that All Aqua Pools uses were totally awesome!!! They really know their job and have great skills in producing a quality end result. It was amazing to watch them when they poured our concrete deck - very orchestrated and well done! The deck came out perfect -- beautiful job!!! The pool, which is a free-form shape, came out absolutely beautiful!!!!! I can't express enough how happy we are with All Aqua Pools and producing our oasis - this is what my husband and I call it. We live in Edgewater, FL, and we now have our Florida life style in our back yard. My husband and I got three quotes - All Seasons Pools, Artesian Pools, and All Aqua Pools. All Seasons Pools have spread themselves too thin and we've heard and seen in our neighborhood the "nightmares" people have had with All Seasons. The Artesian Pools rep was very arrogant and not professional. The whole time the Artesian Pools rep was at our home to give us a quote, I got the feeling that he could care less about doing the job for us. Our neighbors were very impressed with the finished product that All Aqua Pools produced. Our pool is functioning great and is so low maintenance. We went with a chlorinated system instead of the salt system only because my husband and I previously had a salt system pool and we prefer the chlorinated system. It's a matter of personal preference. My husband and I highly recommend All Aqua Pools - you won't be sorry if you select All Aqua Pools to install a pool for you!!!!!

Nils impressed us from the outset in every aspect of the project. I am admittedly a tough critic, anal retentive when it comes to the details and extremely quality focused. Nils and his team met and exceeded my expectations. The result was a stunning pool, deck and walkway that any 5 Star resort would envy. We hired All Aqua Pools after making the decision to terminate our contract with a different pool construction company. Our original project was at the point of having the pool concrete shell just poured and some plumbing installed. We looked to Angie's List to get unbiased reviews and All Aqua Pools was at the top so we called Nils to come out and have a look. He was cautious in his evaluation of picking up a complex project already underway. He told us at the outset he would only take it on if he was fully confident he could deliver a quality product. Before giving us a proposal he had electricians and plumbers out to do an assessment. At the completion of that process he gave us a proposal and our project was once again underway. One of the first things he did was to provide 3D renderings showing how the pool would look based on the actual measurements of the pool. These proved to be very helpful throughout the project. Nils was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, innovative, dependable, customer-focused and accountable. The latter is quite important as nothing ever goes perfectly and I needed a General Contractor who would take ownership of the product and the subcontractors delivering the product. Nils did so. As the project progressed it became clear that any work that was not up to snuff would be reworked. Communication with Nils was top notch. I have never worked with a contractor who was 100% responsive regarding concerns raised by me. Nils was 100% responsive and timely and I did not think that was possible to find in the construction industry until this project with All Aqua Pools. He was very focused on the schedule and the milestones. When I had an impending weekend visit from my closest friends and the project completion deadline was approaching Nils worked with me to eyeball the completion of the pool so that it would be available when my friends arrived. It was and they loved it. There are many good reasons for the outstanding reviews given All Aqua Pools. In my experience the reviews are merited.

Although we received bids from several pool contractors, we chose All Aqua to build our pool. The overriding factor in our decision to go with All Aqua was the amazing reviews we came across, both on Angie's List & via conversations we had with others that used All Aqua. People we talked to actually gushed about their experience! Add us to the list of those satisfied customers. We've referred Nils to several friends & neighbors in just the short time we've had & used our pool. The price that NIls quoted us was right in the middle of all quotes we received, His presentation was very professional. He asked us what we wanted & provided us with great suggestions & options, even talking us out of upgrades that he felt weren't worth the extra expense to us. He suggested that we install the in-floor cleaning system & we've been delighted with that product - no more in-pool cleaner to swim around or trip over on the deck! One of the subcontractors we talked to said that Nils will only build a pool that he'd want in his back yard. We'd have to agree with that comment. We had some hiccups during the project, as is often the case with any construction project. What truly impressed us was the way that Nils dealt with those problems. When it turned out that the footers had not been poured perfectly square, he had them dug up & redone. We would have never realized that the footers were off, since the mistake could have been covered up, but we were impressed that Nils wouldn't accept work that he knew was not perfect. When the paver contractor failed to complete the job to our & Nils' standards, he fired them & brought in a new contractor to complete the job. He also had the Pebbletex contractor come & re-acid wash the pool when initial spray came out streaky. We were very pleased with Nils' level of communication. He kept us apprised during all steps of the project & responded to all of our call & questions promptly. He continues to be available for questions months after our project was completed. We decided that we wanted to add a heat pump to heat the pool earlier this spring, & Nils had it ordered & installed within a week of our calling him. We're very happy with the pool & with our experience with All Aqua Pools & recommend them without reservation.

Hands down Nils is the best pool builder in the region. I spoke with and received estimates from several other builders prior to selecting one to build our pool. With most it is hard to get a return telephone call, estimates are slow to come in and you are generally treated like a generic customer. Not so with Nils and the team. Nils is super personable, extremely responsive and just an overall cool dude that you want to do business with. He was extremely informative and helpful throughout the process. I have been involved in quite a few construction projects of various sizes and it is the norm to have workers not show up, have unexplained delays and so-so work product. I spoke with Nils almost every day over our 14-week project. Nights, weekends, he was always available. He runs an extremely tight ship, stays on his schedule and his crew and communicates better than any construction professional I have ever worked with. The finished product is incredible and exceeded our expectations. He has even checked in after the fact to make sure all is ok. I would recommend Nils to absolutely anyone and will say that I would be completely shocked if anyone had a bad experience with him. Top notch company, top notch guy and top notch work!

They were very responsive. They gave a very reasonable estimate They were extremely friendly and professional.

Well the design and negotiation phase went well. I had some ideas, they had some ideas and we designed a fantastic pool. They Really can customize any ones pool ideas. After installation began it rained and rained some more. After digging the hole they hit water and put in special pumps to pull all the water out. A week later we were rolling. We discussed a pool cover and found a great subcontractor with whom they coordinated a cover that opens and closes with a button. It was much cheaper than we anticipated. We used the best pumps and I have an automatic pool cleaner of sorts which shoots the water along the bottom of the pool instead of in the side. My yard has lots of oaks and this and the cover work beautifully. I also have a cover to keep the heat in. I built a spa and have a gas heater which can heat the whole pool as well. The propane itself is a bit expensive however and I will be adding solar. Nils and Chad make a great team. Between them I think every aspect of pool design and of pumps etc are completely covered. They are very approachable and easy to work with as well.

When we decided to begin a big backyard project at our new home we contacted companies to get design ideas. We noticed All Aqua here on Angie's List. We contacted Nils and he warmly agreed to come look. He sat with us and actually listened to what we wanted and immediately began working plans. After several revisions he designed a beautiful backyard retreat that we soon watched come to life. We were so thrilled with our experience with Nils and All Aqua Pools, I don't know that there are enough positive things I could say about the entire pool building experience. Nils made the best impression from the moment he stepped into our home and truly exceeded our expectations. The project ran so smoothly, was on schedule and finished well within the expected completion date. All levels of the pool building process were done impeccably. Nils went out of his way often to make sure things were done properly and on time, never hesitating to show up with each crew that was performing work. When there were setbacks or we had a design change he worked as quickly to resolve to the best of his ability. They hire very skilled crews to do all levels of work and every contractor who performed work on our pool told us how much respect they have for him and his son Brad and their knowledge of pool building. The company uses top quality products and it has reflected in a truly low maintenance, energy efficient pool, just as promised. One of the most impressive assets with Nils is his constant level of communication, we were always able to reach him within a reasonable period of time with any concerns or questions along the way. That itself, is nearly impossible to find in construction and incredibly appreciated. It was evident in the performance of his sub contractors too, they always seemed to be in touch with him. He's remains a phone call away at any time for our questions or concerns and is always willing to help. After interviewing several pool builders we decided to go with All Aqua Pools. We are so glad we went with them, the Erickson's have been awesome! This has been one of the easiest construction projects we have ever taken on. The attention to detail and a solid quality product really sets them apart from the rest. We were a bit skeptical the self cleaning floor system would be so hands free, glad to say it's amazing and worth every cent! Absolutely the best experience we've ever had with any contractor. Nils was responsive when we first called just seeking information about the process. He came to our home, explained everything that was involved and began designing our pool that same day. When we decided to move forward, he helped us with issues which arose with our homeowner's association which was a process in itself. When construction began, he gave a schedule when each step would get started and when that step would be completed. We were surprised when every single step began and finished on time. All of the subs were top notch and the finished result is amazing! There isn't enough praise we can heap on All Aqua! Save yourself time, call them first!

Prompt, courteous and provided a rough estimate within a week. Estimate seems reasonable, we are not quite ready to install a pool yet. When we are we will call this company. He explained the process very well and even checked with our HOA.

Tried to make contact thru there web site by email several times & never received a reply. Maybe they were have web site issues. It's difficult to give a rating when no contact was made. Ended up going with a pool company that replied back.

We signed our contract on 10/11/2012 and swam 12/20/2012! We swim most everyday and thoroughly enjoy our pool. It was a pleasure working with Nils and Chad Erickson. They are friendly, professional, conscientious, polite, reliable, and responsive to all of our questions and concerns. We had a wonderful experience working with them and their sub-contractors. It was obvious from their own disclosure the day we met them, recommendations from previous customers, talking with their sub-contractors, and watching them work everyday that they are knowledgeable, experienced, and know what they are doing. They made us feel quite comfortable from the day we signed our contract to the day of "pool school." They were always accessible by phone and email. They returned phone calls and emails within 24 hours. Their attention to customer service was outstanding. We always felt confident while working with them. We highly recommend them to anyone building a pool. We obtained estimates from other pool construction companies, but we chose All Aqua Pools Inc. because of the quality of their workmanship, quality of products and materials, and the design they created for our lifestyle and needs.

I started this project around 3 years ago, I been going back and forth with pool company's and All Aqua Pool was the only pool company that any time I called them they were very helpful and always answered my questions. I am from Connecticut and own a house in New Smyrna Beach, the pool I had in Connecticut was a above ground pool. I had no idea on the construction of a in ground pool so I called a lot of pool company's. I called All Aqua Pool Inc. and spoke to Chad and sat down with him and told him what I was looking for. Chad design what I wanted and over the 3 years I made some changes and talk to a lot of people who had pools. I gather a lot of very good information and before I chose the right pool company. I decided to call the pool company's that I narrow it down to and the only pool company that was understanding and very helpful was the members of All Aqua Pool Inc. The Ericksons, Chad, Nils and Anji are the most personable and relaxed people that I have every met and dealt with. They did such a great job and the contracts they use are the best. Some of my neighbors watched the pool being build and were totally amazed and I watched it from Connecticut via the cameras. They were working hard and long hours every day and they made my dream come true. I now have my back yard Disneyland and can't wait to retire from the 30 years of being a professional Firefighter in the town of Enfield, CT. Quoted price but when repaired the tech said the part used was actually more than his quote but his quote was what I'd pay because that was his error. Fast, efficient,professional and HONEST. I would really use and recommend this firm again.

They are excellent. I would highly recommend them. We asked them around Thanksgiving to see if they could get a pool in my Christmas and they were able to deliver. They were always three days ahead of schedule with permits and the work. They were here every day working. What I liked was that they did everything they were going to do on time, which does not happen very often. They kept me informed throughout the whole process. Everything was top of the line and they were very knowledgeable people to work with.
