+ -1 moreWe Fix It Computers didn't get the fax working correctly so they are coming back to finish the work. They get to your house fast and have reasonable charges. Their punctuality and professionalism were excellent.
Description of Work: We Fix It Computers came to my house to clear the viruses off my laptop and hooked up my printer/copier/scanner/fax machine.

+ -1 morethey don't know how repair MAC, bad job, high charge and poor customer relationship
Description of Work: charge $258 for replace my Mac hard drive, after I pick up right away start other problem, perhaps they didn't put together right, they say need change fan and it $159 ,I decide take to Apple . Apple replace fan for $27 and tell hard drive have problem and I need take it back to the party who change, that I did. I pick up and they told it fine, but when I turn on it didn't work????Take back they tell it had a new issue repair will cost $89, and it ok , but IT NEVER WORK AFTER THEY DID WORK ON. Now, $258 later and couple month back it forth I had back my computer that never work. I pay for my MAC $2500 , they rune it , I pay for it, they talk rude to me and now I have to find some one to repair it.
