They cleaned up and left as quickly as they arrived. The flat roof also had a pitch added with new material to provide better drainage. Bottom line, they did what was expected and the cost was fair. We would highly recommend the roofing company for all roofing work.

After getting estimates from six other roofers we hired THE ROOFING COMPANY because they were very specific in their contract about the materials and work to be performed. Their price was in the middle range of the other estimates. They did an outstanding job! The workers were very professional and respectful and nothing on the property or landscape was damaged. The office staff was very polite and helpful and Chris, the owner, delivered on everything he promised. Even our next door neighbor who is an insurance agent for the last 25 years was very impressed! They did an amazing job. GREAT COMPANY ! !

+ -1 moreI mixed up the day of the appointment and called them. They were very gracious and met with me the next day. The owner did send a quote for the shingled roof replacement. We still have some questions about the flat areas of the roof. As we requested the company sent us pictures of the shingles that are worn. We had him come out with the Angie's List "Deal".
Description of Work: For the second appointment the owner came out to assess the roof. Another employee had been there on the day I missed.

+ -1 moreThey were great. They came ASAP to tarp the roof to stop further leaks. Then within a couple weeks they came and repaired two leaks. Very knowledgeable. Once the roof tiles were lifted, they found the leaks right away and repaired them. Courteous, neat, professional, even though it was very hot on the roof in late September in Florida after the hurricane. I did my part, too, and provided them with plenty of cold bottled water. Put the bottles in the basket of my pool cleaning tool and hoisted them up on the 8' pole. Worked great for all concerned.

+ -1 moreAfter getting 3 references The Roofing Company’s price was in the range of the other estimates. I was impressed by the professionalism of Chris as compared to the other estimators. Everyone I dealt with whether it was on the job or in the office was courteous and professional. It was supposed to be a one day job but when they started tearing off our old roof they discovered that it was going to be a bigger job than they expected. It ended up taking 2-1/2 days but they stuck to their original estimate. The new roof looks great.

+ -1 moreThey were a little bit lower than the other ones, but not by much so I think they were definitely in the ballpark. Here in Tampa it's just gone through a hurricane, and so getting a hold of roofers and getting them to do something is obviously at a premium. And I start talking to them prior to. We really needed to get something done. My mother's roof is very much time sensitive and they were very attune to that. They did pull up after the roofing was done. They would not call it a finished product until the supervisor came by and went up to the roof himself. I mention that because it's nice whenever someone takes that follow through they don't just say "okay we're done, goodbye." They did not say "okay, it's done", the supervisor came by and if there's any problem give him a call. So far it hasn't leaked.

Description of Work: This will be a very long review however well worth it in writing it and also for you as the consumer reading it. I needed a roof on my house and I called several companies a total of 11 in all Chris was the 1st to Return my phone call and he was actually one and only who showed up on the day of the appointment for the estimate. Out of the 11 companies I contacted 3 actually showed Chris give me a verbal and written estimate in detail on what I was to expect and what kind of grade shingles that I would be receiving. He was open and honest and educated in his field of service he answered all my questions and due to his honesty and his professionalism and also for the fact that he showed up and follow through exactly what he said he was going to do I went with the roofing company. Once the contract was signed Cindy would call me every Friday and let me know and update on when the job was going to be started. Unfortunately the hurricane came.The company thought it was in all our best interests for them not to start the job until after the hurricane was over. After the hurricane was over I received another phone call from Cindy who updated me that we would start sooner than anticipated. Laura is very knowledgeable and she also helped me with picking out colors for the shingles. Joseph called me to let me know when his crew was gonna be there and what time and exactly how long it was going to take and for each day that they were there he let me know how long they were gonna stay. The owner Chris is available at any time you can pick up the phone and call this man and ask him questions and he is always patient available knowledgeable this company is a good old fashion American based company with values, integrity and respect for the client I couldn't be more pleased. I own 2 homes and if my home and Orlando ever needs a roof I will do everything in my power to have the roofing company do the roof here in Orlando. Most importantly my roof looks amazing they cleaned up the mess and the work was exceptional and everything is the way it should be thank you Chris, Cindy, Laura, Joseph God bless you all!

+ -1 moreThey came and assessed the damage, they gave me the total cost, signed a contract, paid the deposit. I was hoping they will be back within a week to fix the problem but they didn't. It rained and one of my walls got damaged really bad. It took a week for them to came back and tarp the leaking part of the roof. After that it took another 2 weeks until they actually fixed the damaged roof, but it was sooner than the original estimated date. Overall they did a good job.
Description of Work: This company repaired a leak in our roof. I hope the quality is good, there is a month since they fixed it and no problems.

+ -1 moreI called the water detection company. They found the leak and it has been repaired. Bottom line is the Roofing Company was the only one not to charge me. They spent more time here than anyone.
Description of Work: I thought a had a leak in my roof. I am new to the area, moved from Atlanta and picked this company by chance. The owner, Chris came out personally. He spent time asking questions and inspected the roof. He told me he could do a repair, but he did not think that was the problem. Most companies would have charged me. He said no charge and I recommend you contact a water detection company. I did that and found out is was a plumbing issue. It was nice to experience someone who is still honest with a strong moral character.
