Outstanding service! When I called the office I spoke with Kimba. She was very helpful, polite and prompt. She spoke with Sean who came to the house and took care of the roofing problem immediately. We had a new shingle roof installed two years ago. This company did excellent work at a very good price. The problem we had this time was with the aluminum part of the roof that had nothing to do with them. Yet, Sean was exceptionally kind and he fixed the problem and even nailed the part of the gutter that had come loose. Well managed company with excellent staff!

Late last year, I found out I needed to have work done to my roof. I had someone come out to patch a leak, and it worked for a short while. But then one morning during a good rain, I woke up to water dripping on me in bed. I immediately reached out to friends and The Roofing Company was one that was highly recommended. I called and within a day, someone came out to inspect the roof for an estimate and also applied a good patch until they could get started. This was done free of charge, and not knowing if I was going to be using them for my roof work. So that had me sold, since another company closer to me had been bad about returning my call. Gene was the project manager for the work I had done and he kept me informed on the progress of my work. I chose to have the entire roof replaced, rather than trying to patch it. I knew it was about 15 years old. Unfortunately for me, the previous roofers used decking that wasn't up to code (1/4 inch thick, should've been at least 1/2 inch thick), and Gene let me know what was needed, and that the inspector required additional permits. That was an added cost I wasn't expecting, but upon seeing what needed to be replaced, I'm glad that it was done. In total, it was about 4 days that it took to replace my roof and all the decking, though they would've been done much sooner if it weren't for the terrible job from whomever did the work last. I am very happy with everyone who I dealt with... Chris, Gene, Sergio, Joanne. Everyone has been nothing but polite, courteous, and above all, professional. And I am also very happy with the work that was done. I'll happily recommend The Roofing Company to anyone who needs any work done to their home.

We recently had an issue with our roof. Several roofing repair companies came by to evaluate the issue and provide a quote, but The Roofing Company was the only one who took the initiative to make a temporary repair to get through the next couple days of rain. Afterwards, they followed-up to make sure their work was satisfactory and took the time to explain all of our options (not just those that benefit them). We will absolutely use them for all of our roofing needs moving forward.

Since the moment I read the reviews and personally met with the owner Chris, I was sold! The professionalism and final results of this company was 5 star! My roof was damaged during hurricane Irma and needed replacement. Before the job began my roof was leaking into my bathroom and this company came out to tarp the roof to stop the initial leak. The entire process of the roof replacement took about one week from removing the old roof, replacing plywood and installing the new tiles. I can honestly say that we now have the nicest looking roof in our entire development. The roof was completed about 10 days ago and we have received no less than 4 separate compliments from complete strangers on how good it looks!

3-3-2019 UPDATED: Since my review, The Roofing Company has been in contact with me and worked with me to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. Thank you Matt for taking care of this issue and for keeping the communication open until resolved! Posted in 01/28/2019: It did NOT go well! I speak the truth and I hope you will read my post! We take great pride in our accomplishments and build upon them every day." It's all a lie. They are more concerned with their bottom line vs doing the right thing. They left my roof a mess and refuse to fix it. I wouldn't call this serving Jesus Christ or showing the love of Christ by expressing genuine concern for their customers. I got a quote from the owner (Chris) for a "small" roof repair along the "edge" of my house. My quote/contract was for 2.5 feet X 20 feet. As you can see from my photos, they did more then I authorized! Most might think this is a good thing, but I was concerned about the appearance, and was assured by Chris, that it would be "hardly noticeable"! Of course the shingles would be new, but it would only be a small strip along the edge (as you can see in the picture I posted of what my house should look like). Now if you look at the photos I posted, you will see my house (on the left) and the other house (on the right) in our neighborhood that I found that had the same repair work completed. They look NOTHING alike! With the way my roof was left, I couldn't sell my house if I wanted to without losing money! No one would buy it for the full price looking this way. So they did work that I DID NOT authorize and now they expect me to fix it. They told me to fix it, would require my entire roof be replaced, because if they do more the 25% they are required to replace the entire roof. So because they screwed up, I'm responsible to replace my roof to correct this mess. So I warn you, they are careless, NOT customer friendly and definitely not serving Jesus Christ by doing the "right" thing!

Great, very nice man did a great job.

There were several delays in getting the job started, but the company was excellent in communicating with me regarding the reasons for the delays and the new anticipated start dates. They also came out and put a tarp over the leaking portion of the roof while I was waiting for the job to start. Once the job was started, the crew was extremely professional and finished the job quickly. The only snag was with the first subcontractor hired to do the soffit, fascia and gutters. However, once made aware of the problem, the Roofing Company hired a different sub who was excellent - on time, professional and did an excellent job.

The new roofing looks wonderful! This company pays great attention to detail and customer service. They have always been responsive and open to questions along the way. It was a pleasure to do business with everyone from the owners, Inspector and crew teams. We are very satisfied. They even adjusting installation and used technique and materials that would prevent water and/or leak in a "dead valley" again. We would highly recommend this company.

All went well. The workers were punctual, neat. Chris, the owner, was very clear about the price, everything that a roof replacement entailed. The office staff was very polite. My gutters were slightly damaged; however, the company replaced them all at their own cost and painted them according to HOA rules. We would hire them again, if necessary. A very honest, excellent company.

I had 3 contractors and an insurance adjustor look at my roof. The first two contractors expressed that the blistering of some of the shingles on my 8 year old roof required a full replacement. One roofing company claimed that the roof had hail damage and suggested we have an insurance adjustor inspect the roof. The adjustor declared that the blistering of tiles was not due to hale, and that the roof was not in need of replacement and had at least 10 years more life in it. Subsequently Chris from the roofing company came to make an estimate for the roof replacement. I asked him to give me an opinion of the condition of the roof and he immediately responded that there was no need for replacement. What professionalism!!! I definitely recommend him, and will use him when the time comes for repairs or replacement.

During the process of replacing my gutters, the company performing the gutter work told me I needed to have a roofing company assess my slipping drip edge, possible roofing problems, and some fascia issues (they believe there was rotting involved). I called The Roofing Company on a Friday and was told Chris, the owner, would be able to come out Monday morning to take a look and give an estimate to replace the drip edge. I was told I did not need to be home for him to take a look at the issues, but I made sure to be home anyway so I could explain the potential issues as they were relayed to me by the gutter company. Chris arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. We walked around the house and I told him what the gutter company had told me - that they did not feel comfortable installing the new gutters until I consulted with a roofer because there was rot and the drip edge had slipped down. Chris thoroughly investigated the possible issues and told me that while he could definitely do the work described, he felt it was actually in my best interest (given the age of my roof and other factors) to go ahead and have the gutters installed as-is. He said that he actually did not see any sign of rot and showed me evidence to prove his point. He also said that while it did seem like the drip edge was slipping down in a few places, that through the process of installing the new gutters the drip edge would then be secured in place. I loved that he was so frank with me and told me that he could certainly give me a written estimate, and could even try to sell me a new roof, but that he felt more comfortable as not only a business owner and professional, but also a homeowner himself, that the new gutters would be fine installed as-is, and it would be in my best interest to instead save that money I would have spent on somewhat-pointless repairs and put it toward a new roof in 5-7 years. I truly appreciated the time Chris spent with me explaining the process and giving me some solid advice. He could have tried to sell me many different services, products, or even a new roof - and I would have probably gone for most of them given the fact I do not know much about roofing. I know when the time comes for me to need a new roof, I will most definitely be giving Chris at The Roofing Company my business!

Couldn't be happier with our roof replacement. We had our tile roof replaced with a shingle roof. At every turn, this company provided service that exceeded our expectations. Our roofing experience began with a small leak, leading to a discolored ceiling area. We had another company come and fix that, but whatever they did, the leak came back -- so we went to Angie's list and found this company. They promptly came to survey our roof, temporarily fixed the leaking area (and their fix actually worked), and gave us a price for a new roof. The price was as good as any other we received. We were scheduled for the job over the summer. Each week they called to let us know of any change in that schedule. And the date did change because of the heavy rain all summer slowing down other jobs. But what that meant to me was that this company has actual crews (not day laborers) that worked together on jobs to get them done, and if they were delayed then my job would get pushed back. I prefer actual crews. And when they came, they certainly appear to have done an excellent job. Talked with the owner on several occasions. Knowledgable and helpful. Note that, after the job, they send an independent inspection company to inspect all of the work done and issue a report, which can then be used for reducing homeowners insurance. Seriously, who else does that? There's a good deal more (cleaned up completely after the job, etc.), but my opinion -- I wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again, and will absolutely recommend them to you.

Roof leak. Great. What else can I feel besides that sense of doom every time I hear thunder approaching. Researched a few companies and had three separate contractors come out and give me estimates for a minor roof leak repair. As a new homeowner I quickly developed a thick skin against unneeded or highly overpriced repair shenanigans from home improvement professionals. Every one of these three estimates caused the alarms to go off in my head. Thankfully, I decided to wait for the Roofing Company to provide a final estimate based on their reviews. I made the right decision. Chris came out, inspected the problem area and explained to me what needed to be done to fix it. He was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I had the logistics down. It turns out this was a super easy fix that I missed when I was trying to figure out the problem. Easy enough that I could do it myself and save a bunch of money. Who doesn't appreciate honesty and saving a bunch of money? My advice to anyone reading this and considering this company... call them now. If it wasn't for Chris I'd be out of pocket for a simple repair I could have done. Chris - Thank you so much! Chris and his company exceeded expectations. Chris is very polite and professional and meets you at your property and instantly provides you his company's proposal. Their foreman and crew were professional and efficient and performed quality work. One minor complaint is they had a 4-6 week backlog from time of signed proposal to when they came out, but it was summer and that's when everyone (like me) realizes they need a new roof! Besides, I trust a company that has alot of work scheduled rather than little to none! They did keep me updated regarding their schedule though so I appreciated the communication. Definitely recommend!

The contractor never showed up for the agreed appointment, never called to say he'd be unable to keep the appointment, and never followed up to reschedule. Schedule changes happen, but the complete lack of communication shows an utter lack of professionalism or accountability.

The replacement went off without a hitch. We scheduled an appt for the estimate, and Chris arrived at the EXACT time he said. He went on the roof, looked around and we discussed options and pricing. We shopped around and they weren't the most expensive, nor the lowest, but we went with this company because of Chris. He was honest in his assessments, and he continued to demonstrate integrity and desire for customer satisfaction. We paid the down payment and the job was scheduled. (it was going to be a few months out due schedules) Chris told us that if we got a lot of rain in the area, the date might move a little bit, but the agreed upon date was the target. It would take 2-3 weeks to complete once started. But once we agreed to the work, I got a phone call EVERY friday afternoon, letting me know that we were either right on schedule or a day off due to weather impacts on the jobs in front of us. Ultimately, it was 1 week later than we discussed. They also walked us through picking out new tile, making sure it matched our paint, before the tile was ordered. But as promised, the job took a little less than 3 weeks. Demo was week one and they cleaned up when they left. Then the tiles went on. They were there every day and the crews were polite as well as competent. Its been 2 years, and there hasn't been a single leak. (we'd had 11 when we called them). I've recommended them to personal friends as well as business associates. They stand behind their work, they are pleasant and professional to work with and have a strong ethic. We couldn't be happier with the service and product.

Dennis was polite, punctual, professional. He told me my roof was fine except for a problem area that I was aware of. So refreshing that there are HONEST people in the world-still. It is no wonder that the Roofing Company has so many positive reviews. Hiring The roofing Company to do the repair! Dennis even did extra, cleared branches off my roof and pulled weeds! so nice!

Exceptional from start to finish. Chris gave clear and detailed result of his inspection with options and complete information for shingle roofing materials on his estimate. It was also most helpful to receive updates from Cindy along the way for the project start date. Work crew arrived being friendly and professional at all times with area cleaned up every evening before they departed. Amazing that Rob came out over the week-end to get everything done and done right. Roof was finished, gutters re-attached, and area completely cleaned on 6/11/18. Gene came out for final inspection and answered any additional questions. County building inspectors came by today, 6/12/18, and even indicated that they were 'impressed' with the quality of the work. That is an added positive for sure. I received the full $300 Angie's List Discount and Drake handled all of the invoicing most efficiently. Thanks to the entire Team at the Roofing Company!

Initial meeting with Chris went well, however I stated that I was in the military, deploying soon, and needed to stay on schedule for the roof repair. The repair was scheduled for a Monday. The repair day came and went without workers showing up. When I finally got in touch with him, he said he turns his phone off as it's family time on the weekend. I said, you knew on Friday you wouldn't be there on Monday and you couldn't call me to let me know? Unprofessional, but moving forward. They came out the following week to make the repairs, however I now have a leak. Someone from their company came out and literally told me there was damage up there that wasn't repaired and should have been caught during the initial inspection. This is their own employee telling me this. However, when I finally got Chris, the owner to call me....(who did the initial inspection), he got totally defensive and said if the roof damage was so obvious, how was it that I didn't notice it? And that I, the customer is supposed to point out the roof damage to them and to prove to me the leak damage was there all along. (Well, his own employee told me they missed it) And, that is why I hired you, to inspect, tell me what needs to be done, and repair. Chris then got really unprofessional, said he needed to go as "he has a life too" and was leaving for vacation. Since then, no follow up, no returned calls etc. Beware! This guy gives the "I'm a family owned business" song and dance and is one of the most unprofessional contractors I have ever dealt with. They were unprofessional from the start (with the exception of the guy who recently came out and said they should've caught the damage on the initial inspection and said his company was to blame) I should've known from the moment they didn't show up the first time. Stay far away from this dishonest and unprofessional guy. I now have a bigger problem than I started with.

The existing shingle roof was 22 years old and needed to be replaced. We can't say enough good things about the estimate from Chris, the ongoing communication, and work that was done. Chris was thorough and professional in explaining their products and installation process. We heard from Cindy every Friday for a schedule update and to answer any new questions we had. The work crew, with Carlos and 3 others, was actually fun to have working at our home for 3 days. Each day they thoroughly cleaned up around the house, answered any questions, and worked some very long hours to deliver a beautiful new roof. Price included replacing a couple of decking pieces and fascia, new Peel & Stick underlayment, new felt paper, drip edges, and shingles. Shingle lines and valleys are remarkably straight and new ridge vents should help with cooling the house. They truly deliver a superior product and outstanding customer service, at a competitive price. We highly recommend them!

The professionalism I received from Chris, Cindy, Drake and the workers who completed the job was above and beyond my expectations. I explained my situation that I was on a time restraint to Cindy when I called to request a quote and within a few hours Chris was at my door and gave me a very detailed estimate and assured me that they would have my new roof installed before heading back to Canada and true to their words my new roof has been installed and I couldn’t be more pleased with the end results and I would highly recommend The Roofing Company.

It took me 6 months to find this company, they are managable and they did a great job especially in writing contract. They are very much into details and they are providing comfort to their customers. This company is expetional especially in reaching out to the customers. This is a wonderful comapany and the pricing was reasonable. I will recommend them to others.

My husband is no longer able to take care of "man" stuff, so it is up to me to take over. I thought my flat roof over the porch needed work, so called a couple roofing companies for estimates. The Roofing Company [Chris Hloska] was one that came out. After examining the roof, Chris told me that it really didn't need any work....just needed to sweep the debris off. Said, in good conscience, he wouldn't do anything to it. The other companies had quoted me $1200 and $1400. Can't thank him enough for his honesty......don't fine much of that these days. I would HIGHLY recommend him.

This roofing company was professional is every way. We just had our roof replaced by The Roofing Company due to Hurricane Irma damage and old age. Carlos and crew came in, ripped off the old, repaired and then replaced our multiple leveled and peaked roof with skill and precision. They were thorough and hardworking. They did an great job from the start all the way to the clean up! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The new roof on our home and our detached garage look amazing! Thanks to all involved from the owner Chris to the supervisor Gene to the hardest working crew imaginable, Carlos and his crew! Bring on the rains!

Very, very happy and completely satisfied with everyone from the owner giving the quote, to the people in the office, to the delivery company, to the installers, to the supervisor.
