I have lived in Florida for twenty two years and these are the two nicest young men I have had the pleasure to do business with. Our siding blew off on a Friday. I called three companies On Saturday one of which was The Roofing Company. The owner Chris was not available so I left a message on his cell phone and shortly there after he returned my call and said he would be out to look at the job sometime in the morning that same day. Within a couple of hours he texted me and said he was on his way and sure enough a half hour later there he was. That it in itself is showed me he was a good business person. Well Chris was an absolute gem he looked at the job said he would have Dennis come out that afternoon and and fix it. Dennis arrived around 4:30 and he was just a nice and polite as Chris. By 5:00 he had fixed the siding and you couldn’t even tell that there had been an issue. To top it off they charged me a service call which was minimal to say the least. I would not hesitate to hire Chris and Dennis again for anything, they were honest, dependable, polite and didn’t try to take advantage of a situation that needed to be completed right away. So a big thank you to The Roofing Company for an all around superior Job.

Best value, hands down. From the initial estimate to the finished roof to the clean up, The Roofing Company delivered top shelf service. The company coordinated with me every step of the way. Chris called me the weekend before the crew arrived and ensured we were ready for the work to start. Ezekiel and his crew showed up and worked like a finely tuned machine. Dennis closed out the job and ensured I was satisfied with the work. The last man on the site walked my yard looking for any roofing debris and left with the dumpster. The only thing they left behind was a great looking, solid roof. Highly recommend.

The whole experience, from start to finish, met or exceeded all of our expectations. Chris came to our house initially for a leak estimate that we called about. Once he arrived and inspected the problem area he gave us an estimate which included time and materials. Our existing roof was 20 years old and nearing the end of its useful life. He asked if we wanted him to give us an estimate on replacing the entire roof because of the age and current condition. There was no pressure to make a decision, but presented as more of an option. We were aware of the declining condition so we opted for an entire replacement estimate. Chris gave us three options to choose from and the price for each. At the end of our meeting we shock hands and he left the estimate with us. There was no pressure to make a buying decision. A few days later we called Chris with our decision to replace the entire roof. We made an appointment for him to come to our house to sign the contract and collect the deposit. Once the contract was signed we set a date that his crew would show up and complete the work. We were told that the job should take about 3-4 days depending on the weather. We were called the day before the work crew arrived, to confirm that we were still on schedule. The crew that arrived were very neat and organized. They were able to send a 7 man crew instead of a normal 4 man crew I was told. On the first day they were able to strip the old roof off and install the underlayment for water proofing. On the second day they installed the new shingles and finished the job. Before they left, they cleaned up the whole area for loose bits of roofing materials and old roofing nails. My wife and I were really impressed with the quality and care this crew treated our property. I would recommend them to anyone that is in the market for a new roof. Ted & Belinda Pope

Could not be more pleased. Owner, Chris, worked with us and insurance company to get claim fully paid (took three times to get insurance company to pay full amount). And once approved, inside assistance (Kimba and Megan) were great to get the details done professionally and fast. And the installation crew was efficient and neat (done fully in less than two days, with everything cleaned up like they had never been here). As I said, could not be more pleased...a great company to do business with. Will highly recommend to whomever has a roofing need!

The Roofing Company was a pleasure to work with. Very straight forward representation. No high pressure sale techniques. When the worker came to the site, they where very polite, and cleaned up after themselves without my asking. I would highly recommend this company for the replacing of any roofing type. My job was a flat roof. However, I know I will call on them again when my shingles roof needs replacing.

Answered any questions we had. Had no unforeseen surprises. Work was done extremely timely. Had no delays. Roof was done in two days. Clean up was good for a roofing company. They took care of the inspections and set up the wind mitigation inspection. Couldn’t be happier. So glad we went with our gut on this project as they beat the other more well known company hands down.

After contacting a few roofing companies asking for an appointment for a roof repair estimate, The Roofing Company responded immediately, and set up an appointment. ( other companies said they would call but never did). Chris ( the owner) was on time and extremely professional. He answered all my questions and sent me an estimate. I highly recommend this company for your roofing needs. Outstanding!

They are SCAMMERS. NEVER hire them. Be WARNED! Eight months after completion of the job, they have filed a lien and are demanding that we pay up or face garnishment notice served directly to my bank. THERE IS NO INVOICE PENDING! They work in cahoots with a nefarious law firm who sue their customers to make extra money by harassment. We hired this roofer to renew the roof on our property in Oct 2018. After initially quoting $5420, and starting the job halfway, they ceased working and demanded an extra payment to complete the work citing “unforeseen expenses”. After a standoff for a few weeks, we relented and decided to pay the extra $850 they were demanding to complete the job. At the end they send us a final invoice for $6270 which was paid in FULL. After cashing in the check, they decided to file a lien on our property and get their law firm to initiate a legal proceeding for Garnishment of our bank account! ( Yeah, I did not know it was possible!) Now we are having to hire lawyers to defend our selves. Please save your self the trouble and hire a different roofer. Absolute Scammers! They were on-time, respectful of our home and did a great job. My neighbor hired another company, who started at the same time. The Roofing Company finished ours in 3 days and my neighbor's contractor took 2 weeks, had issues and they dropped roofing nails everywhere. They might not be the absolute cheapest quote that you'll get, but they won't be the most expensive either and sometimes you get what you pay for!

When a second leak appeared in my ceiling I knew it was time to get the roof replaced - it had been almost 20 years since it was last done. James did a very professional job of reviewing my situation. He showed me photos of all the issues so I understood what had to be done (one of my gutters also needed replacing). The quote was reasonable and the entire project would be done within the month. It actually would have done sooner had I returned the permit forms to be Recorded more quickly - had I done so it would have been completed less than two weeks from when the contract was signed. Of course it was good to do this in April - I was told in the summer months the wait will be longer. The new roof looks great and it was done without leaving any mess on the property. It was actually completed earlier than I thought - the gutter man was initially not going to be available for a week after the roof was done but rescheduling allowed him to come out the same day the roof was completed. The entire time on site was less than two days. All communications were done by phone and text and were very clear and descriptive. My house is 1000 square feet and the cost of $9500 might seem high for that size. However I had a patio addition to the house that was converted to indoor living space after the last roof was done. It had a flat roof and I decided to pay to have it slanted which greatly added to the cost. If I hadn't had that issue, the cost would have been $5500. I had used the Roofing Company previously a couple of years ago for a leak when I couldn't afford a new roof and they were able to patch it up quickly so I knew when it was time for a new roof they would be the company I would go with.

I am very happy with my dealings with The Roofing Company. The project manager, Gene, was professional in his presentation, courteous, and attentive to my concerns. He immediately arranged a repair of my front porch that was necessary for the roof replacement while other companies either said they couldn’t make the repair or wouldn’t quote the repair. He gave me a quote for the work that was higher than any of the other five companies. The quote was higher mainly because he budgeted more for sheets of plywood and other materials. I knew from walking on the roof and looking in the attic that quite a bit of plywood needed to be replaced and didn’t want to commit to a company that would not give me an accurate estimate. The workers that repaired the roof and installed the gutters were impressive. They were hardworking, skilled, and courteous and coordinated their efforts very well. The project went smoothly. The work site was cleaned each night and I was kept informed concerning the progress of the project.

Chris came to my home and conducted a review of my home and provided an estimate on 04/15/19 - I immediately felt comfortable in his review, roofing knowledge and details he provided. He identified additional work I would need to have done to ensure the work was up to code (AC Hood/house to be built). As I advised him I was allowing other companies to conduct estimate, he was professional, calm and very secure in his experience. He also called a few days later following up on whether I had made a decision - again, very knowledgeable and not a "sales push" type of call. As I had 1 more estimate - I let him know a decision had not been made yet. Solely because of the unexpected additional work that played a part in my budget - I've opted not to go with this company as the total cost would significantly exceed the allotted budget for this project however would wholly recommend this company. My experience is that Chris's professionalism, experience and how he handled this process tells me more about how he deals with his customers and ultimately sets the expectations on his workmanship.

Excellent company. They explained everything in detail and did everything they said they would do. Everything in a timely manner and communicated regularly before and after job was done.

Perfectly. Sales man showed up on time, crew showed up on time. They buttoned down the site at the end of each day. We had a rain delay but because they always try to start a job Mon/Tues it did not fall into the weekend. They were prompt in responding to any query. They did a great job of telling what to expect and when to expect it. Very professional. I had previously gotten 3 other quotes - all the quotes were in-line with one-another. I paid $11,500 for the roof and another $6,500 for the flat roof. Bonus: they accidentally cut my Spectrum cable. When it was discovered, they immediately owned it and made sure that it was repaired at no cost to me before taking my final payment. Now - that's service! I have a rental that needs to be done; you can be sure I will be giving them a call.

When I committed to my roof replacement I was assured by Chris when I signed my contract that they would work with my insurance company to resolve any financial differences (within reason). i say "within reason" because I knew from the beginning that i had committed to shingles that were a better quality than my insurance was giving me so i knew that there was going to be a difference out of pocket. After repeated requests for details of the itemized cost of repairs to show my insurance company so that I could properly be reimbursed for the other overage that I was owed I was eventually told that they couldn't disclose the information because it would show their profit. As it turns out, I guess they didn't realize that in the end i would know their profit after all because it came out of my pocket for the $2000.00 difference (not including my deductible) that I had to pay them. The company did quality work but don't use them if you are budgeting for the insurance payment with your deductible only. They definitely will not keep their word on working out any differences with the insurance company either.

Chris and Gene were very professional before, during and after the roof replacement. The crew that worked on our roof was respectful of our property. Each day they left you would never know they had been there. We were notified and photos were provided for every issue they found with the roof. Gene went through every picture of the final product thoroughly and ensured any questions were answered prior to making the final payment. I would definitely recommend The Roofing Company.

The entire process was unimaginably easy. From start to finish, communication was a top priority, workers were very punctual and efficient, and the invoicing process was painless. I would HIGHLY recommend The Roofing Company to anyone who needs a new roof.

Roofer Dennis Wood responded promptly to a report of a leak in our ceiling!. The roof had just been replaced only a couple weeks prior, however, after a heavy rain a large stain appeared. Dennis assessed a gap area and determined flashing was needed along the roof ridge. Dennis returned the following day, as promised. In addition to installing the flashing he also spray painted the ceiling stain. This gesture was very much appreciated. He was professional, friendly & empathic.. We would highly recommend his outstanding service & this roofing company.
