They went above and beyond to be sure job was done right .. wood had to be replaced (unexpected) and they just did it, keeping cost within the estimate. Communication was excellent. I had to go out of town the day they started, but I felt confident in leaving. A company with integrity and honesty ... care of the customer and property they are working on. Will recommend them without reservation!!

 + -1 moreThe roofer was able to fix a few small issues (raised nails, missing small piece of a shingle, etc). He also took extra time to look at a leaky area and apply a good amount of compound in hopes of stopping the leak. He educated me on the area and provided a quote for replacing the problem area should it leak again (the compound is not guaranteed to resolve the issue). Very professional.
Description of Work: Roof checkup. I also had a leak in my garage that needed a closer look at.

I was fortunate to have a visitor that was in the roofing business in the past and he verified the quality of the work. Subsequent heavy rains did not produce leaks.

 + -1 moreShowed up on time and completed the inspection. Sealed all of the flashings, vents, and pipes. He found about 10 nails that had popped up and he fixed those. Roof was in good shape so he didn't try to sell me unnecessary repairs. A Company with INTEGRITY! Those are hard to find. Highly recommend!!

They worked around our vacation schedule and contacted us regularly to let us know where we were on their schedule. Though rain delayed, they came out and worked on a weekend to complete the job. Excellent service and workmanship.

Instead they sent a quote for $5000+ for approximately 15-20 tiles which need repaired. Fortunately Angie's List stands behind their product and issued refund as no work was done.

Description of Work: This was to inspect all areas on the roof and to see if there were any tiles to be replaced. There were some cracked tiles which he caulked and some which had moved and he but back into place. None needed to be replaced at this time.

Description of Work: Chris came from The Roofing Company to inspect my roof and repair anything that wasn't good. There were several nails sticking up that he hammered in and some rusty ones that he replaced. I'd had a leak where a lanai had been added on in the past and it leaked around the edge. Nothing big but I thought it would be a big problem. He explained there was no problem since the roof to the house had a face board that protected it from damage and just have it fixed when a new roof was done. I was very relieved. I also asked for an estimate of a new roof. He did a detail on it with three options. I thought it was very reasonable:) I will definitely use The Roofing Company again in the future when I can get my roof done:) Manufacturer's warranty...Lifetime guarantee on the roof too!!!

 + -1 moreHe was nice enough to not charge me for something he did after the roof was complete. Joseph, Drake, Everett, and Laura were great! They want to make sure that their company gives old fashion service, respectful, prompt, and courteous. They are very polite and would notify you about any changes in scheduling and other matters. Joseph was the site supervisor and he oversaw the details of the job. He said their was a beam missing , we looked for an old beam and had to make improvised repair, then he put it up. He was very kind person to deal with over the phone.
Description of Work: Installed sections of the roof, they also included a wind mitigation where they go into the attic.
