Description of Work: Once again, Angies List came through. This was a " Big Deal" Deal. Chris was right on time and very professional. It was a tile roof tune-up. All went well.

Description of Work: We had many nails left in the yard. They came back out and ran there magnet over the yard again, but we still found and stepped on several dozen nails. Finally we ran a magnetic roller over the yard ourselves and picked up 23 more nails.

Description of Work: A fair price, and so far so good. Haven't been there to see if any problems yet.

Description of Work: They put a patch on my roof. I have a trailer and they replaced some of the shingles and the plywood underneath. Now I've contracted to replace the whole roof and they will be back in December.

Description of Work: Chris, the owner was very prompt in responding to my request for a quote on either repairing or replacing my roof. He came to look at my roof and was very professional and informative. He felt I didn't need to replace the entire roof and gave me an estimate for repairing the two places that were leaking. We scheduled to have Jeff, his repairman, come on 4/10/14 to make the repairs. Jeff was also very professional and friendly. He completed all repairs the same day and explained that it's sometimes hard to pinpoint some leaks, so I should let them know if I see any more leaks and they would fix them with no additional charge. After just a couple of more visits, all leaks seem to be fixed and both Chris and Jeff kept their word. I feel this is a very honest and dependable company, so much so I referred them to a co-worker whose elderly parents needed a new roof.

Description of Work: They stepped in and tarped my roof asap so it wouldn't leak after a bad storm. They waited for the payment until the insurance company paid them to do the whole roof. My only complaint is there were a few times they were supposed to come out and didn't come and didn't call. To me, that's a big no-no! To this day they still have not come out since we had an appt. at the end after the roof was done and they were paid in full. I had a question and I won't call and ask them to come out again.

Description of Work: Price turned out to be more than expected due to rotten wood. They are expensive when it comes to replacing wood. Price was my only issue and everything other than price was professional.

Description of Work: After initially doing a thorough inspection per 'big deal', it was determined that the entire roof should be replaced as well as any underlying wood problems (and there were. I could see that the previous roofing in 2004 had not been done correctly, necessitating a new roof in 2014. It was completed in a week's time.

Description of Work: The owner came to our home to provide an estimate for a possible repair or replacement. Chris was knowledge and provided aprofessional advice. He did not recommended any service at this time. He was great, honest, and we would recommended him to others.

Description of Work: Went up on the roof photoed the problem and took care of it.
