Description of Work: They did a fantastic job! I need some work done on my house - specifically I need the gables on both sides of my have repaired and replaced. I called around to several companies and ended up speaking to Al from Terk’s - such a great guy! He was able to send one of his guys out within the day to provide a quote. Jason came out, was knowledgeable, professional and gave me a quote. They weren’t the cheapest around, but far from the most expensive. I ended up going with them because of the the knowledge and professionalism Jason showed and the how comfortable Al made me feel after several phone calls on the phone. I am extremely pleased with the work they did and how quickly they were able to fix my house. I have several more projects to complete and will definitely be giving them a call! If you are deciding between Terk’s and another company - go with Terk’s, you won’t be disappointed!

+ -1 moreIt didn't, we hired Remington Aluminum to do the job.
Description of Work: A representative came out to give us an estimate for a screened cage. He took some basic measurements and told us he would get back to us. He did call and speak to my husband. He gave him a verbal estimate and told him that before he submitted a written estimate/contract for the work, we would have to commite to having them do the work. We told them we needed to have all written estimates before we made a decision. We never got the estimate, so they were not even considered to be the contractor for this project. We did go with Remington Aluminium, they did an incredible job.

+ 0 moreThe owner came and gave the estimate and after a couple of visits a contract was agree. There was no pressure it was a good experience. On the agreed date the team turned up on time, introduced themselves explained what they were going to do and set to work. they were efficient and clean. when the work was complete they took time to walk us thru and answered any questions we had. All in all a pleasant and stress less experience.
Description of Work: Enclosed a lanai on a 2nd floor condo.

+ -1 moreI called Terk's Aluminum for an estimate and found it reasonable for the job. I like using local contractors and businesses. Al Terk came right out and gave the estimate and collected the deposit. The door was ordered and several weeks later a very nice man name Anders came to install it. Very punctual. Cost was exactly as they said. It took a little longer because he didn't have the correct threshold. This was corrected while I left for work. I called after work to have the lock adjusted and this was done same day. A great experience!

Al came out to do the estimate and listened to what I wanted, brought me samples, and made recommendations. Windows were installed without any problems and look fabulous. Everybody showed up when they were supposed to and contacted me to confirm scheduling beforehand.
