Shawn the Plumber

Have had previous plumbing work done by Shawn. When I called him he immediately answered his phone. When I told him the water heater was leaking he said I would need a new one. Two days later I had a new water heater!

Great! When I called Shawn immediately answered the phone. He was available the next day to come out to my home. I have used his services before and totally trust what he tells me needs to be done.

I have used Shawn on several occasions including toilet repair, replace faucet, replacing Undermount sink, repairing reverse osmosis system just a name a few. I have dealt with a lot of vendors over my adult life and it is very hard to find somebody who is responsive, dedicated, and dependable. Shawn meets all of these qualities and more. I recently had a leak in my house and called Shawn right away to identify the source. He felt that the source was coming from the bathroom. However, my homeowners insurance recommended calling a leak detection company. They came out and said that the leak was coming from a different room. Sure enough, no leak was identified there and the leak detection company had to come back out and it turned out that the leak was where Shawn originally said it was. He came out right away on his busy schedule and took care of the problem with a good attitude and a smile on his face even though it was at the end of the day. I will definitely continue to use Shawn for any and all plumbing needs and I could highly recommend him Jorge G

I highly recommend Shawn. He returned my call within 10 minutes of contacting him via Angie's list. He called about 15 minutes before arriving which gave me time to put the dogs up. When he arrived he was polite, friendly and professional. He offered suggestions and was very informative. Very reasonable rate as well. I will definitely use him again.

No call no shoe first day . I called over an hour after he was to arrive and he still was going to be a while so I told to come the next day. He did show on time and did the job. Good rate is why I would use him again.

He was as slow as the 7- year itch and messed up my countertop while fitting new sink. He didn't even try to at least seal the areas so water wouldn't seep down under the sink. He even acted like he didn't know the damage was done.

He showed up on time and was fast and thorough. He fixed my leaking toilet shutoff valve and moved my water heater.

He was was very professional and very well mannered. And came to our rescue after dark. After working all day. We were very impressed. And he did not over charge.
