Description of Work: Repaired and adjusted irrigation system, installed sod and mulch in front and back yards, planted bushes and trees to provide privacy around the perimeter, replaced old retaining wall with new block one, rebuilt fence and gate on one side of house. Steve did a good job keeping me informed of progress and advising me on best approach for the yard. It was very bleak looking before the work, and now is so nice to look at.
