The toilet was reseated but the service technician failed to scrape off old grout and left a 4 inch section behind the toilet undone, ready for water from the shower to leak under. I had to call the service manager to complain about it not being done correctly. They sent someone out to finish it. The water heater situation went about the same way. After finishing it, the technician was talking with my girlfriend on his way out, ( I was at work at the time) and right before he left my girlfriend told me they heard a very loud hissing/exploding sound from the garage. Upon running out and seeing the water heater spraying water everywhere, it was obvious his quick fix didn't hold. He then fixed it correctly. If you're going to do it, do it right the first time. What if the leak would have happened after he left or when no one was home? I'm not very impressed with R.J. Kielty. Their work seemed very half-assed. I don't think I'll hire them again.

The work was quick and efficient. The price was exactly as quoted. The workman was very professional. While there he fixed a few other minor plumbing issues for me at no extra cost.

They have very poor workmanship. They did a sloppy job and I just called the fellow yesterday to come and put some support under that it will not fall and they didn't took care of it. We have insurance coverage on that and they pay for the whole thing I don't know how much it cost. I would not use them again.

The replacement ran into the evening hours but they delivered cold air that day as promised. The new air handler and heat pump came with a great warranty and my electric usage was cut almost in half.

The heater was cleaned and showed me why it had shut off.

It was a holiday weekend. August showed up within the time quoted diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He was wonderful.

Terrible customer service. Dispatcher gave job to technician in Bradenton. He said he will call when he completes his current job and should be here within 1 1/2 hours! However, when he found out the location he said that he does not service this area and called the dispatcher to send another technician. The next technician called 30 minutes later and was in Zephyrhills and asked if the job could wait until the morning and was not familiar with the area. So I called to try to get another technician but got a call from dispatcher with the same technician in Zephyrhills and he made it seem like it was my fault for not calling him back after I called for another technician, I know it was late in evening but emergencies happen, and not having the technicians available is not an excuse.

Fine. Suggestions were made of work to be done on toilets.

Dave H. is a great plumber. Very considerate and neat since he had to remove the toilet in order to get access to snake the blockage. The machine he used is large and heavy and he was very carful of the walls and floor surfaces when brining the equipment into the bathroom. This was similar to installing a new toilet and it was done expertly. The grout he used matched the color of the toilet, so my wife and I are very pleased to have recently discovered R. J. Kielty Plumbing.

It went great. He was very efficient.

I have been very happy with their work. Just thrilled with their work. They're staff is very experienced, they come in and do the work fast. I will continue to use RJ Kielty.

Not so well, I had to make it pleasant for me and for the technician by providing all possible assistance I could give.

Not well, still being handled. The person that replaced the wax ring marred up the tile floor around the toilet. So they did come and fix the wax ring, but chipped up the tile so badly that the entire bathroom floor will need replacement They did come back and look at the sloppy job and offered to replace the tile around the toilet. But my house is almost 30 years old so matching the tile is impossible. It would look worse if the tile was replaced and anyone wanting to buy my house in the future would think there was a plumbing issue because they could tell work had to be done around the toilet. The company agreed to not accept payment. So the wax ring was fixed and they did make good on not taking a payment. But its hard to believe that a company had a plumber that couldn't take off the toilet to replace the wax ring and ruined the tile around the toilet. I gave them Cs because they were responsive, fixed the wax ring and tried to make good on the tile replacement and payment, but I wouldn't use them again since they didn't vet their plumbers very well.

It went very well. The company was very flexible with regards to scheduling and the technician they sent out did a great job.

It went fabulous and awesome. Let me first say that I called the 'pink guys' but their answering service was really hard to deal with and a non starter. So I called the guys with the capes!! He was hear within an hr and came on time. (830pm on a sunday!) He found the main cleanout in front of house and went to work. The clog was not under the house but from the cleanup to the street sewer! He was done in less than an hr. Paid a fair rate for great service, professional for a sunday call out! We tended to the stinky mess in our bathrooms. We will definitely consider and recommend these folks for future ac and plumbing issues!

Very disappointing for a company that had been referred to me from a friend. I will and have not referred them to anyone. In addition, I have had to have my kitchen sink taken apart and put back together by another company. The installing plumber with me in the house never asked me on what side I wanted my disposal or any of my faucets lined up in the order I would want. Then I had a major leak in which the owner argued with me that it was not his responsibility because the leak was coming from a pipe from the ground. Owner made no attempt to make any of it right argued with me as to why it wasn't their fault.

This is the second time we've used this company. The first time was for a plumbing leak and this time was for A/C. Pleased with both visits. The plumbing visit in May was pretty short notice and we were pleased that they were able to fit us in. The tech was a little late arriving on that visit, but we were kind of a last minutes squeeze-in. Communication is excellent when you call the office and they are very good at calling ahead to let you know when, in the 4-hour window they originally gave you, the tech would actually be arriving (the plumbing guy was a little late, but let us know... the A/C guy was right on time). The techs that have come out have been very polite and efficient. I loved how they made excellent use of technology the first time we used them back in May for our plumbing issue... we got an email with information about the tech they were sending, an electronic receipt afterwards, and an email with a link to a survey. Not sure if they discontinued these practices, but we didn't get that this time around with the A/C call.

Had toilet that started to leak at the bottom of the tank. Could not turn off water supply as valve stuck. Stopped water flow by keeping the float raised. Called R. Kielty Plumbing emergency service on 7/3/16 at 3:20pm...answering service said would pass on the message a I would get a call...after 20 minutes I did not get any response so I call the emergency service again at 3:40pm. Told the same thing would pass on the message. At 4:57pm, I still did not get any call, told the answering service to cancel as I was choosing another plumbing service. Answering service she would let them know. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication, even if they were busy someone could have taking less than one minute to call and let me know.

This was great. Plumber David Hammock came out on Wednesday, fixed the water heater and gave me a quote for the rest of the work. He arrived first thing Friday morning and worked straight through the day with just a very short lunch break. The work was more involved than anticipated because of the age of the plumbing, and he had to make two additional trips to the supply house, but the final cost was just as quoted. Most important, he noticed a subtle but substantial crack in one of the new commodes. If he hadn't caught that, I could have had a serious flood. He also left all the work areas absolutely spotless. I'll have more work to be done later this year, and I definitely will want Kielty and David to do the work.

The wrong toilets had inadvertently been installed in the house. The plumbing company came out from Hudson to Seminole on three different occasions to take care of the problem. The lady who handled the scheduling was most helpful and friendly. Very good service.

It was great George was very professional and courteous.

They came the next day after I called them, gave us the estimate, and the service man came on his day off to do our work so that we would have water for guests expected the next day. Very accommodating and the work was excellent. We always use this company for plumbing needs.

We thought it was too expensive for what he did. He charged us $400 for 15 mins. He said it would take a whole afternoon to do it.

Friendly, informative. Explained what would be done before inspection and what needed to be done after inspection. Gave ideas for future updates.

I was happy with none of it, but I don't know whether it was them or the house. They were pretty good on responsiveness. They were really nice. I'm going to look elsewhere because they are kind of high.
