Description of Work: I had accidentaly shut off the water to the toilet. The plumber came, showed me how to turn it back on. He didn't even charge me for a service call. Very nice fellow.

Description of Work: David Hammock was the plumber that came out, and he did a great job. We have a water heater and something was wrong with it. The first plumbing company came out, and did not know what they were talking about. They advised us to throw it out, and they would get us a new one. I called a second company, and they also did not know anything about it. They said the same thing, and advised us the same thing. It was only two years old, and I gave up. My neighbor told us to to call RJ Kielty. He came in, and was already wearing booties, which was great! He was able to show me and explain to me what was wrong. He ordered a part, came back, and fixed it. I can't begin to say how pleased I was. I had trouble again with my kitchen sink, so I called this company back and asked for him again, and he was able to fix that problem as well. He was so clean, he cared enough about my home to put booties on, and he cleaned up his mess, and it is just so difficult to find companies like that. It was great. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Description of Work: My experience has been positive with the purchase and installation of a new 40 Gallon Water Heater with Kielty Plumbing. Their installed total price was competitive with Lowes and Home Depot. They were good to deal with regarding communicating with me and keeping appointments.

Description of Work: Familiar with Kielty via Duke's Energy Water Heater and Repair Program. The staff has always been professional and conscientious on previous visits (repair and replace). When I saw the Angie's List Special for flushing of hot water heater and general check of plumbing for leaks, etc. offered by Kielty I decided to purchase it. As in previous visits, the technician was punctual and very professional. Will definitely use service again.

Description of Work: They put in a new valve assembly. It went great! They cleaned up after themselves and did everything right. The price was also very good.

Description of Work: I have used Kielty several times. A new air handler and heat pump, replaced outside faucets and meters and repaired 5 water main shutoff valves. They are always punctual, knowledgeable and go the extra mile on weekends or after hours.

Description of Work: RJ Kielty Plumbing repaired a problem with my plumbing that has existed for the 2 years I have been in the house. The cost of the repair was very reasonable compared to another quote that I received.

Description of Work: Water heater flush and plumbing inspection, which went fine and the Angie's List deal was reasonably priced. Recommended "rebuild" for each of the toilets, but price quoted was quite expensive so I did it myself.
