Came on Sat, on time, replaced water tank w/elec, 40 gal. Took about 2 hrs. Shortly after service agent left, tank started to hiss and leak from top seal. I called service agent, he returned and opted to replace tank. No problem w/second tank. Very satisfied w/tech and how situation was so professionally handled.

Arrived very quickly after phone call. Reviewed problem and provided temporary fix very quickly at no charge that evening. Return in the morning with restocked truck and replaced problem installation of home owner. James Decosta was very professional, courteous and friendly. Worked quickly, was on time, delivered on his word from beginning to end of the operation. I will use this company and James on all future plumbing needs I may have.

The technician showed up a day later he didn't have any clue on how the hybrid water heater works didn't say anything and went and sat in the truck and when he found out that i"m on the phone with the manufacturer he just left without saying anything , the lady that answer the phone at the office hanged up on me and was very rude , learned later from my insurance company that they wanted $1900.00 for the job which is insane price, the water heater coasts $800.00. plus they charge for a service call which the tech didn't do nothing. Horrible company. this is the first time i'm leaving a bad review but i have to warn the people.

Initial contact call to RJ Kielty operator was prompt, polite, professional and scheduled a home visit for salesman for the next business day. Kielty kept us informed of salesman's appointment electronically. Salesman came on time, reviewed home specs and old units and provided us with several new ac/htg unit options with competitive prices, warranty, install info and follow-up service info. With unit[s] picked, install date was set within 1 working week. Installers came and tear out of old units went well. Install of new units in 25-year-old house presented some opportunities which RJ Kielty resolved immediately with subsequent follow-up. New units with up to date features have provided flawless, wonderful comfort with no current or future home owner worries.

Contacted them for a quote for a water heater. They sent the wrong technician (electric water heater vs propane). Had to wait for propane guy. Talked about water heater but they didn't make a quote. I contacted them several more times for a quote so I could decide what we were going to have to installed. They never contacted me. When I called to cancel all of a sudden they were going to put me in touch with a manager who could make the quote. It seemed I was only important when I didn't want to use them.

Plumber was professional and cleared the problem in an efficient manner.

Called over 2 1/2 hours ago and spoke with a lady who said I would receive a call shortly, so far no call. Called the Pampering Plumber and they were here within a 1/2 hour and already fixed the problem. Not good RJ!

A minor problem due to the size of the new air handler (larger than the original) but it was solved that same day.

telling him to clean the filter,Said it wasn’t dirty so why did I pd them !!!!!I called &than it was done ! Just wanted my air conditioner checked he made a big deal out of it ?????

Very well. Called in job on Saturday, said it was not urgent and was given 10 am to 2 pm time s;to on following Monday. At about 9,30 am Jon called and said he was 10 minutes away. Arrived, looked at the jobs, and gave me an estimate with discounts, Had all he needed with him so he set to work and finished on about 30 minutes, He explained that toilet valves regularly fail because of the hard water - we have no softener. He tested water temperature in the shower and advised it was OK so we left it. Both sink stoppers were adjusted and both toilets now f;lush perfectly. Already for a house full of Christmas family visitors. Jon was skilled, professional and pleasant.

Excellant. Keith came out for an estimate and gave me a very concise and I think think correct description of the trade offs between going traditional tank and tankless. In my case, I decided the tank made the most sense and we agreed on a price and timing. The installation was within a week and actually came in a day ahead of schedule as RJ called with an opening the day prior that worked perfectly for my schedule. Keith installed the heater is less time than I thought possible and the install was perfect. Everything was straight, neat and no sign that he had even been here when completed. He took away the old tank and ALL parts and packing material. The price was exactly what we agreed to. RJ also emails and texts me whenever they are in route with a color picture of the service rep that we expect to see. I'm not sure they could have done a better job. Highly recommended.

AC not working properly they failed completely to diagnose issues within the system, now I have to pay a lot of money for reparation

Luis came a few minutes before time which was excellent. He was professional and courteous. He completed a thorough evaluation and fixed the items that needed to be fixed. Luis did an excellent and efficient job. I highly recommend this company.

They pointed out the mold inside the unit. I did not know the unit did not possess a UV light so I had them install it.

It went great. I was given a fair price of $150 to do the work and I accepted that price. They fixed both leaks.
