They are dependable. I had someone mature and who understood what needed to be done. I was worry free.

The work has turned out fine. The job was a difficult one because it involved crawling through some narrow attic space in cathedral ceilings and an attic that was extremely hot. It was a job I would have hated to have had to do myself. They also had a contractor that did an extremely good job of fixing walls and ceilings. The whole job was done professionally. We have never had to call them back.

We called Kielty Plumbing, they gave us a time range that they would come (1 - 4:00 pm), but they arrived earl and, fixed the running outside faucet very quickly. This company was very professional, the price was very reasonable, and they responded quickly. We will definitely use this company again for our plumbing needs.

The plumber came in and looked at what he needed for the job. The following day had the job completed the job in a swift manner.

I had a leak in the wall of my kitchen and the water would run into my bedroom. Turned out that the pipes had rusted out right at the foundation level. He replaced the pipe, found a few other issues that would end up being a problem in the near future and repaired those as well. When he cleaned up, he left the area cleaner than it had been before he came. With everything he did, he still finished it all in under 2 hours. Shawn was very professional and did excellent work. All is well now with my plumbing and I am very pleased with their service. I would recommend them to anyone.

I called them to fix a leaking problem with my whirlpool tub. Their serviceman said they do not normally work on these but he would take a look to see if it was something within his expertise. He spent about 15 minutes gaining access and examining the problem. He located what the problem was but informed me he would not be able to get the specific parts needed as they were not standard plumbing fittings. He gave me some tips on locating someone and there was no charge for the call. Serviceman was very neat and professional.

They did a great job. The guy was very professional, polite, and efficient. I felt I paid a lot, but it was Friday night so I understood. They were just excellent. I would definitely use them again in an emergency.

We liked the fact that they came the day after we called and they performed efficiently and quickly. They’ve appeared to have done a good job. Their price seemed fair. We would use their services again in the future.

I had a leak under the bath sink. Request an appointment online, call back within 20 minutes w/appointment for next day. Plumbers showed up exactly on time, determined there were 2 leaks under the sink, one with the shutoff valve (which they replaced immediately) and one with the faucet. They could not fix the faucet and suggested a replacement at $357 (their cost) plus installation. I said "no thanks". Went to Lowe's and bought a replacement faucet (@ $150) and had them come back the next day to install the new faucet. Again, they showed up exactly on time, were professional, efficient and I would definitely have them back. I knew their faucet would be more expensive (all brass and made to last a lifetime) as compared to Lowe's (some brass and lots of plastic made to last 5-15 years) but I went for the lower cost faucet because I'm sure it will last as long as I'm in this house. As for R. J. Kielty Plumbing, I will have them back for any plumbing needs I may have in the future.

I requested an appointment online and had a confirmation call within an hour, setting an appointment for the next morning. I was offered an appointment later that day but had other plans. I really like the responsiveness of the company. My appointment was set for the 8 am - noon, and the plumber arrived by 8:30 am. We have a teenage daughter with long hair, which probably tells you why we needed to have the drains snaked out. The plumber was professional, courteous and efficient. He had both drains cleared and working properly in about 20 minutes. He kept the rest of the area covered with cloths and left the area very neat and clean. He made recommendations to keep the drains clear, discussing products that work and don't work, and why. We have used Kielty Plumbing in the past and will continue to do so. I don't know how their fees stack up against other companies, but we feel that we get value for the money considering the customer service, timeliness and quality of the work done.

We like them because they are punctual and professional. The estimates given by them are accurate. They are everything that you?d look for in a plumbing company. Their service call charge is $75 and they charge you additionally for the work that they do for you.

Leaked after repairs were made, when I called to report it, they wanted me to wait until Monday. I said absolutely not, you will stand behind your work or else. A plumber arrived about 2 hours later.

THE PLUMBER ADVISED ON WHAT TYPE OF SINK WOULD WORK AND WE BOUGHT A STAINLESS STEEL ONE FROM HOME DEPOT. HE DID A GREAT JOB INSTALLING IT AND TOOK THE OLD ONE AWAY. HE ALSO INSTALLED A FAUCET THAT WE BOUGHT. HE WORKED VERY HARD AND IT LOOKS GREAT. HE FIXED A FAUCET IN OUR UTILITY SINK AT THE SAME VISIT. WE LATER HAD ANOTHER PLUMBER COME FROM THE SAME COMPANY TO FIX OUR TOILET AND WE THOUGHT THAT THE PRICE WAS RATHER HIGH. IT WAS $180 AND WE COULD HAVE BOUGHT A NEW TOILET FOR NOT MUCH MORE. THE KITCHEN SINK JOB WAS VERY GOOD, THOUGH.
