Everything went fine. The technician, August, did a very nice job. They are a little pricey. I purchased the water heater from them. They have their own model they install. Getting everything set up was fine; I had no issues with the scheduling. I would consider using them in the future.

The technician was very professional, personable and friendly. He did everything I asked and he even did an additional check on the toilet to make sure it was running properly without me even asking. He really went above and beyond the work he needed to do. He gave great advice to keep this from happening as well as handling the problem myself in the future. It was very easy to get a hold of them and schedule an appointment.

The pricing was very high. I decided not to use them at the time. I had someone else install the disposal and it was pretty difficult, which now I feel like the price was more reasonable than first thought. My old disposal was rusted on and could have sprung a leak. The technician was professional through the estimate.

I called them on the 2nd of Sept and they said they could come on the 3rd. They said they would be there between 1:00pm and 3:00pm.The tech, Steve, called ahead and arrived at 1:30pm on the 3rd. Well, Steve could have sold me a new water heater but he checked things over and said he believed that if he replaced an element, the heater would be fine. I asked him to proceed and he replaced the element in short order but waited to see if the water would come to temperature. It did. Steve was clean and respectful and I'd say he did an excellent job. Should I need any repairs related to plumbing or AC repairs in the future, I'd call R. J Kielty.

Awesome! This has been an ongoing problem that I have put off simply because I didn't know who to call and didn't want to deal with a cruddy company by accident. I found RJ Kielty here on Angie's list and picked them because they were local, family owned and had great ratings. Their ratings are well deserved. I called at 8 am, had a great experience with their appointment setter. Bill was here by 9:15 and what a gem he is! I would feel totally comfortable calling them for any issue in the future. I couldn't more highly recommend someone.

This is finally a plumber we can call "our" plumber. Have lived in the area a long time and have used different plumbers this is the first we were all around satisfied with. His price was what they had told us. It was $200-$300 less than a competitor's quote. The service man was very helpful and informative.

Found this company on Angie's List and their reputation is well earned! I had a simple plumbing issue which I am just not qualified to figure out myself. Typically I'm the MacGyver type who likes to figure household things out myself. this one was just over my head. I called and set an appointment with their office. Young lady gave me a window for the appointment. Since they were going to give me a free estimate, I had no problem accommodating a window schedule. On the day of the appointment, 2 clean men with easily identifiable company shirts came to the door. After they introduced themselves they put on shoe covers to keep my floors clean. I explained the issue and let them research the problem. Again, I was expecting a free estimate to be the result of this trip. 15 minutes later, I hear water running through my previously not working faucet. They explained how they fixed it, showed me where the shut off is located. I had my checkbook in hand and asked how much I owed. The lead (Jesse) said it was simple fix and didn't cost anything. I offered to cover at least a trip visit. and he politely thanked me and refused. They won my business today and I will recommend family and friends if we need a plumber in the future.

They were professional and I was satisfied. I have used them before. I would recommend them to others.

I called them in a panic because my sinks, tubs & toilets backed up and flooded my kitchen & both bathrooms. The woman who answered the phone was friendly and professional. She took my information and told me that a technican would be out within an hour. The technician showed up 45 minutes later and knew exactly what to do. He was at my house for about 2 hours and had everything back to working order. He even did a quick check and made sure before everything was fixed before he left.

Excellent. On time for the appointment. Work went well. I was pleased.

I have had a problem with them. They use a faucet system in their showers called Moen. They put a cartridge in the shower head and it is suppose to restrict our water flow. The cartridge has a lot of defects to it and it plugs up very easily. You have to have a plumber come out to fix any problems you have. I found out if the cartridge slips down the back, it can screw up the whole system and you would have to re-do the shower stall. It is a domino affect. They put in a cheap system that breaks down and you have to repair the expensive problems. My other neighbors are having the exact same issue. I also found out they are also having to replace the flush valves and your toilet starts to leak.

They came when they said they would & did a great job.

A pipe for an outside faucet sprung a leak early Sunday morning about 2 A.M. I called R.J. Kielty Plumbing at 8 A.M. and explained the problem to the woman who answered the phone who told me that someone would call me back, about 9 A.M.the service man returned my call and said he would be here in" about an hour ,maybe a little longer"He did arrive at around 11,the water was bubbling out of the ground, I was told that the break was between the water main and the faucet and that there would be extensive digging to get to it and that the copper pipe would need to be replaced and was given an estimate of $350 to $400. About an hour later the job was done but the pipe was replaced with pvc ( which is sticking straight out of the ground) ,not any kind of metal pipes were used as I had expected ,but I had already agreed to the estimate and felt obligated to pay $350.00

They were excellent. They showed up on time. They did everything they said they were going to do. They explained the price and products before using them. They respected my house, overall they were very good.

They did good work but they replaced the water heater that had burst, and water ended up getting in the house and did some damage. They ended up taking the hot water heater away, and I needed it for my insurance claim. Overall, the quality of the work was still good. I plan to call them again here soon.

They were great! They were very courteous. He came for the estimate of the job and then came back and fixed it.

I was really happy with the service and the repairman that came out! He was really professional and did his work efficiently. It was great!

We had our water heater explode one night. We called and had an appointment set up for the very next day. They came out to give a free estimate and installed the new water heater the same day. The repairman was right on time and the experience was pretty painless. When making the appointment the staff was friendly and even gave us a head's up to get their service plan and it would ultimately reduce the price of the unit.

I called them on a Saturday and they were not able to come to my home until Sunday morning but they arrived on time Sunday morning and had the history of what had happened last time for the same plumbing issue. They were able to clear the problem within a few hours.

Plumber arrived early because of cancellations. Researched the problem and figured out where the leak was coming from. Fixed the leak quickly and efficently.

Brian came out promptly and diagnosed the problem right away. Living out of state, I really appreciated that he contacted me immediately and didn't even charge me to diagnose the problem.

I had a leak in my foundation and they recommended me to a leak detection company. After they were able to locate the leak, Kielty completed the repair. I was happy with the services. I was very pleased with the whole experience.
