very well. On first day the plumber worked on drain and putting in new faucet for a couple of hours. We both thought it was unclogged but found out after doing dishes that night that the clog was farther out than expected. so they came back again the next morning, free of charge, and worked very hard to find another clog. both plumbers did a wonderful job and I couldn't be happier with the work done. both plumbers, Matt and Phil, did a wonder job and were very friendly. I am so pleased with this company and the employees there. I would definitely recommend R J Kielty to anyone who needs plumbing work done in their home.

The hot water heater broke 2 weeks later, so they came back. The experience was really good.

Hired for our new home construction. Rough in work timely. Started our finish on January 19 and worked two days. Day three no show no call work not done. Supervisor said they would be there on 22 nd. No call no show. No return phone call after three calls. Very unhappy. Holding up our ability to get utility hookup and CO. They don't care.

Their estimate was in the range of others. Their responsiveness was pretty good as I recall and they spent about fifteen assessing and then provided the estimate.

The thing that impressed me the most is when we were having problems, they answered the phones right away and were here the same day.

They were on-time for the appointment and completed the work in about 45 minutes. The technician who came out was OK.

They offered great service and were reasonably priced.

He was very professional and scheduling was easy. The work is done at a per job rate.

They were on-time for the estimate appointment and were nice.

Working with them was good. Scheduling was fine.

They were on-time, clean and courteous. The work took two days to complete. They worked with us on the pricing.

While they were quick with turning the estimate around and were professional, the estimate was too high, about twice as much others.

The service and scheduling were both OK.

I had some serious plumbing issues and they sent someone out for me immediately. He spent a while here fixing a couple things for me without any charge. I have to schedule to finish the rest of the work. They were very helpful, pleasant, and informative when they were here.

The tech took approximately 10-15 minutes to install the valve and told me the charge was standard. It's no wonder they don't charge for nights or weekends. I believe the charge was

Justin and his helper, Dale worked for quite awhile and decided it needed a new part. He ordered it and said he would be back on Wednesday. They re-turned within 15 minutes because they re-thought the process. After they were here for awhile, Justin told me what the problem really was. He returned on Wednesday, as promised. He fixed the problem and we are now going to be warm in the cooler weather, and cool in the warmer weather. I have been happy with my dealings with this company. I have recommended them to other people. The communication problems I referred to in my prior review have apparently been taken care of. Things ran very smoothly this time. Thanks guys.

Steve was on time and had everything needed to remove old heater and install the new one. Great service and all around positive, friendly people.

The office called me the morning of to let me know the part was not in. They absolutely should have called me earlier so I could reschedule as I had taken off from work for this and had other contractors scheduled that day for other services. The reason for the A rating is they were able to scrounge up the system and went from zero to hero when they still managed to come out the same day and install. The tech who installed James was very personable and efficient!

Of course it was late Saturday night when I noticed our main drain was plugged. I called Kielty's answering service Sunday morning. Even the answering service was very friendly and professional. Within seconds James Argo called me back and was at my house within an hour. Less than an hour later, he diagnosed the problem and fixed it! He was very polite, very nice, and very personable. He gave me some pointers on how to avoid this happening again and did not leave until he knew everything was working great! I am very pleased and would not hesitate to call James and Kielty if we need any work done in the future! :)

Overall it went well. I had Kielty out to install a water system/softener out prior to this call and have posted my review on that experience. We were unable to get any cold water in the guest bathroom shower, only hot. That made the shower and tub unusable for our company. August was the repairman's name. He arrived on time, had on some covers over his shoes so he wouldn't bring in any outside dirt. He went right to work after I showed him the access spot in the front bedroom closet. We discovered that there was a slow drip in the panel, so that was added to the list. He had to return to the shop at one point, but his return was prompt considering the distance he had to travel. The only problem came when he said that he was going to have to replace my brushed nickel spigot with a chrome/shiny one. We had purchased a matching set for the basin and the tub and it wasn't cheap, so I said I really didn't want the replacement, and my husband wouldn't be happy with it. So, he was "able" to use ours. That 'saved' me over $200.00! I felt that it was a 'suggested' up-sell from the Home Office. Rather tacky for a company that has a decent reputation, as far as I know. .Overall, I was happy with August and his professionalism. I would have the plumbers come again, but keep a really close eye on what is going on and their suggestions. I have a review posted on here for Kielty already, and am about to do one for our A/C service-which won't be quite as pleasant.

How did it go? Well, I wouldn't let it happen again the way that it did. We had the salesman, Steve, come out to see what we needed. We had gone through appraisals in early Summer, 2013, having been without A/C for over a year at that time. We couldn't afford any of the offers from assorted companies, so we did without. I was insistent upon using Kielty because I had heard only good things about them. So, other than some quibbling over the price and the size, we were definitely going with Kielty. My husband and I wanted to talk over our differences about what Steve recommended and what my husband thought we needed. My husband thought we needed a bigger unit than was recommended. So Steve set another appointment time. The day came and we made certain we were available. After the appointment time had passed, we received a call from Steve to let us know that he was going to be another hour or so. He had to go some distance to get some things for the office. What else could we do, we postponed out other plans for the day and waited for him to come and complete his easy sale. When he got here we agreed on the price, the Veteran's discount (that you must request), and the installation date, we were all set. The financing papers still needed to be signed, so that required another trip for Steve, and we made certain that he had listed the duct work at no charge, and that we would have adequate A/C in an add-on bedroom that was always warm. Well, we got another phone call that he was going to be late AGAIN. The office seemed to be treating him as a errand boy. We were NOT happy about that, but again, I insisted I was tired of getting estimates, and it was just a small blip. Finally the big day arrived and the men showed-up. Everything went along smoothly with the installers Tim and Ryan. They didn't have time that day to do the Duct cleaning, but assured us they would schedule it through the office and told us when to expect it. It was great to be relatively cool that night. Two weeks later, on the day the duct work was to be cleaned, no one came. I called the office and they gave Justin and Ryan the job. They showed up, not happy because they had never done the work before, didn't know anything about having to do our job, and had another one after ours. They did everything they were supposed to so our home wouldn't have any dirt or dust flying around. They knew nothing about adding additional duct work to the back room, but checked the temperature and found it to be quite a bit warmer then the rest of the house. Justin was in charge and when I mentioned that I had not gotten a bill yet, he called the office, after informing me that he was not leaving without a check or credit card. I told him that Steve had handled all the finance part and I certainly was not giving him something I did not have. The office, again, didn't seem to know that they had not received any money from our job. That was QUICKLY solved! In between all this commotion, the county inspector came out and 'red tagged' the job. I let the office know about it and they assured me that the electrician would be out on a certain date. Well, again, no show. Called the County and they said that while the permit had been filed and paid for, the fine was not yet paid. Called Kielty and Joe assured me that everything was fine and the electrician would be out. When that day came, the electrician said he hadn't known anything about it until that day or the day before. I JUST WANTED TO BE DONE!!!! So, another appointment. Things finally got finished. But I would never again allow a contractor to waste so much of my time. To get everything done I had to place several extra calls to the office. That seems to be their weak spot. I spoke with Joe, the man in charge of all these people, received assurances from him that his people would be here on time-which almost never happened. Finally, after two requests to speak to MR. Kielty, I spoke with Tanner Kielty. I told him nicely that I thought his office staff could some instructions in better customer service. There seems to be a lack of communication between when the customer places a call for some 'on the job concerns' and when the people that actually do the work get notified. It causes bad feelings between the customers and the actual workers-who seem to be fairly good at their jobs, once they get there. We spent close to $10,000.00 with this company in less than two months. Would think twice if I needed to call them again for anything other than a small plumbing job.

We received great service on a Saturday, for the same price we would have paid on a weekday. The service technician was prompt, polite, and got the job done very quickly.

Their work was very good. I just thought the price were a little high. I would use them again in the future.

I've had good luck with them. They were very fast getting there and they took care of the problem.
