Description of Work: We initially gave them an F review because of a no show. It turned out to be a scheduling glitch and Jess from Kielty came by Saturday and apologized for the misunderstanding and resolved the matter to our satisfaction. The work will be completed on Tuesday and we have no doubt it will be satisfactory. We were very impressed with Jesse's professionalism and concern.

Description of Work: Install sink dishwasher and garbage disposal.

Description of Work: I would highly recommend them. Give them a B+ for sure. They were punctual, respectful, cost effective. I remember them really being great to work with.

Description of Work: I had a cartridge replaced in my master bathroom & was charged $219.95 for a job that took all of 15 min. I feel they are very overpriced & will not use them again.

Description of Work: My hot water heater was leaking heavily one evening. I called many plumbers to come out and also cancelled ones after trying to find another who would come. I had called Kielty and then cancelled because the plumber had another call. When no one could come I was desperate as water was leaking fast. Then Edwin from Kielty called me to see if I had found someone and immediately came out and replaced the water heater efficiently as the other was broken. He gave me a very reasonable price and did a wonderful job installing the new one and removing the old water heater. I was so happy with the results and Edwin was wonderful to call me even after I had cancelled my first call with his company. I would recommend the company to anyone and especially the plumber, Edwin. What a kind man he was.

Description of Work: They put in a new faucet and sprayer and it was fine!

Description of Work: Their service man replaced the faucet in the kitchen sink. I would grade the service as excellent and I would hire the company again. Cost was probably around $100.

Description of Work: They replaced our garbage disposal. Now, it’s very quiet. The work was excellent. James, the technician, was really good. We would recommend them.

Description of Work: There was water leaking into my carpet. A plumber came within an hour of my call. He had to call a leak detection specialist as the leak was coming through the slab. The plumber stayed until the leak was found. He repaired it and re-cemented the slab. He was professional and conscientious. I am very grateful for the prompt service and would definitely use this company again.

Description of Work: WE HIRED THEM TO REMOVE AND REINSTALL A GARDEN TUB FOR A MASTER BATHROOM RETILING PROJECT. THEY FAILED TO SHOW FOR THE FIRST SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT BUT WERE ABLE TO COME ON A SATURDAY TO MAKE UP FOR IT. THEY DID A GREAT JOB FOR A GREAT PRICE. THEY ALSO SERVED AS THE PLUMBING COMPANY FOR OUR HOUSE WHEN IT WAS BUILT 2 YEARS AGO.
