They are reasonably prompt and seem to do a decent job. They are nothing outstanding but are not bad either. In the dormant season, they do the work every other week, and in the active season, they do it weekly. I pay $75 a month, which I think is an average price. I would use them in the future but would also shop around and keep my options open.
Description of Work: We use Precision Lawn Care of Pasco to do lawn mowing and clean up.

THESE GUYS USED ENTIRELY TOO MUCH ROUND UP WEEK KILLER, EVEN IN PLACES WHERE THEY SHOULD HAVE JUST BEEN TRIMMING. I ADVISED THE OWNER, BRIAN DEPUE, OF THIS 3 OR 4 TIMES. I REQUESTED THAT NO WEED KILLER AT ALL BE USED ON MY LAWN. I WAS TOLD OVER AND OVER THAT HE WOULD MAKE SURE THAT HAPPENED. ALL I GOT WERE EMPTY PROMISES AND LARGE PATCHES OF DEAD GRASS!
Description of Work: THE AMOUNT I PAID WAS A MONTHLY CHARGE. SERVICES PROVIDED WERE ONGOING LAWN MOWING AND TRIMMING.

WE SPRAY ROUND UP IN AREAS WE CAN'T WEED EAT, SUCH AS BEHIND A/C UNITS, DOWN SPOUTS & SCREEN ROOMS; TO MAKE THE JOB LOOK NEATER. I WAS ASKED NOT TO SPRAY ON HIS PROPERTY. AFTER ONE YEAR, AN EMPLOYEE FORGOT AND ACCIDENTLY SPRAYED. I RECIEVED A CALL AND PROMISED I WOULD REPLACE DEAD AREAS IN APRIL OR MAY, AND I WAS SORRY FOR THE CONFUSSION. IT WAS A SIMPLE MISTAKE WHICH COULD HAVE BEEN RESOLVED. - 3/19/04
