Description of Work: I saw a few lawns in my neighborhood that looked great. I noticed that both of them had the Nelsons lawn care signs up. I called for an estimate , they came out within two days and I signed up for a 12 month plan. I was very dissatisfied with my old lawn care service as I gave them 2 years to get my lawn looking good and they did not. I already see a positive difference with Nelsons.

Description of Work: Spray for bugs & weeds |Lawn & bushes |Used them for a while,was very happy with everything they did.Started getting brown spot in lawn,they told me was lack of water.Landscaper said it was a fungus.I called someone else to check it out they also said it was a fungus,so I started using someone else.Other then that they were doing a great job till then.Whenever we had a problem they would come right out that day or next day |

Description of Work: David and John have been wonderful in taking care of the lawn and house pest control applications. I have been a customer of Nelson's Pest Control for approximately five years and find the company and employees to be well trained, respond promptly and courteously, and above all are knowledgeable in their field.

Description of Work: I had a roach infestation under my kitchen sink due to some water damage that had left the area below my sink a moist, inviting spot for roaches. But, they were not standard American roaches, they were little black/brown roaches the size of your pinky nail. I called Nelson's after reviewing their website and Google reviews. The customer service agents were knowledgeable and worked to get me in for an immediate appointment (it was a few days before Thanksgiving and I was having my whole family over so I needed the bugs to be gone). The tech they sent out arrived right on time, diagnosed the type of roaches. It was only $80 for the treatment and the tech sprayed the whole house. He also said they would come out to re-treat for free if the bugs continued to appear after a couple weeks. I did need to have them come out again, but it was easy to schedule and didn't cost me anything. I liked him and the company so much that I signed up for the yearly maintenance program.
