Tom is very personable, professional and knowledgeable, has fast response time, shows up on time, and does an excellent job. He quickly finds the problem and fixes it. He thoroughly explains what he is doing also which is nice. Definitely recommend

+ -1 moreTom and his team are knowledgeable and courteous. When it was time for us to buy a new HVAC system, Tom helped us pick the right system for our home. Not only are we saving up to $150 dollars a month on our electric bill, but we also paid 7K less than other HVAC companies proposed for a much better system. I would highly recommend Modern Air, Inc. to anyone for their HVAC needs!

+ -1 moreMy experience with Tom was excellent. He spotted the problem right away and corrected it, showed me where installation of my air handler was incomplete (open ceiling above the unit) and performed maintenance on the coil, which was badly in need of cleaning. The cooling began immediately after he finished. He was extremely friendly, professional and gave me straightforward information for care and maintenance of the system. I will definitely call again!
