We just went thru a hurricane and damage is widespread in our area. Marshall Roofing-Ben contacted us very quickly and scheduled a time to inspect our damaged roof. He came over, inspected our roof and got us an estimate w/ in a hour or so. He said he could schedule us in a week or two. He arrived as promised, with his father- also Ben- and they had the damage repaired in one day. They both came back the next day to clean and seal our whole roof. They did a great job with the repair and the roof looks great after they applied the sealant. They are very professional, personable, and hard working. You can rely on their promises and it was a pleasure to work with them. I highly recommend them for roofing work.

B.Marshall Home Improvements did an excellent job cleaning off all the moss and mold growing on our roof. They also sealed the roof . They also painted the vent pipes to match the roof without asking and no extra charge. This a father son local business who are professional. I would hire again .

B. Marshall was different than the other roofing companies, who either stopped showing interest in me as a customer the minute there was not an opportunity to replace my entire roof and bill my insurance company, or did not return calls or messages. I had some roof shingles that blew off due to high winds and poor installation by the original roofing company. Both the father and son Ben stopped by within 24 hours of me reaching out, repaired the roof and inspected the rest of the roof for issues that I may not have been able to see from the ground. They did exactly what they promised, showed up as promised and did not try to oversell the job. Will call them first when I have another roofing job in the future, large or small.

There are times where you get pleasantly surprised. My experience with B. Marshall was one of those times. I had a roof leak by my chimney. I contacted Angi on Thursday and by Friday, Ben stopped by and provided me an estimate. He was able to get the work done on Tuesday, and did a great job prior to a significant winter storm. Needless to say, i would definitely hire again, and will recommend to friends and family.

The B. Marshall Home Improvement group was fantastic. I had a deck cleaned and stained, two safety hand rails built and installed, exterior paint, flag pole holder applied! B Marshall knew exactly how to fix the detached aluminum siding problem that I had. The work done was very professional at a reasonable price. The work has already held up after 2 serious wind storms. I highly recommend them.

Same day service was excellent

We had a wonderful experience dealing with Ben Marshall. This father and son team repaired several areas of our aluminum siding and garage roof, replaced our gutters, added a leaf guard and painted the whole exterior of the house. They did a superb and efficient job. We are very pleased with the results.

I placed my service order and they called within 2-3 minutes. They were in the area, stopped by to see what I needed and told me I didn't have to wait for the scheduled time I had put in on Home Advisor because they were available to do the work that day. I hired them on the spot. They performed the service same day and completed the within an hour. Wow!

I called this local company for a roof repair. The work was done same day with good quality. I use it again.

We were looking for a local (MD) company that specialized in roofing and gutters and found B Marshall on Home Advisors. It is a father and son company that provides the services themselves (no subcontracting). We were more concerned with quality and reputation rather than price (they were not the least expensive of the people we spoke to) but they did a great job of cleaning/protecting our roof and replacing our gutters, including the installation of gutter guards. Very responsive and professional in person and on the phone.
