LYNN SWEAZY

Lynn is a Real Estate agent and she was the property manager for a property we leased. Mrs. Sweazy verbally promised us several things that she would do to this property to bring it up to a suitable living standard. She never did nothing she said. Once the lease was signed Lynn turned into a complete different person. She wouldn't answer calls or respond to emails. She never did a walk through upon taking possession of the own nor vacating. She neglected to inform us that this property had several maintenance issues; plumbing, AC problems, dirty water etc. once in the home we were required to pay a 75.00 fee for each maintenance call. Which was not told to us upfront. Upon vacating we left the home in excellent condition much better than when we took possession. However Ms. Sweazy still hired a team full of "small business's" to come out and mow the yard, clean carpets, professionally clean home, maintenance charge for a call after we vacated, etc. etc.these services were not necessary and charged higher rates than normal. For example, I contacted the man she hired to clean the carpets charged her 320.00 yet quoted me 200.00 for the same exact job. She hired a lawn company out of Clearwater, FL. To mow the yard located in Land O'Lakes. It made no sense. Out of our 2,000 deposit. After her team of people came in to do fictitious work. We only received 130.00 back from our deposit. Apparently I'm not Ms. Sweazy's only victim. She did the same exact thing to the previous tenants of this property. She was so ride and nasty to us after we signed this lease, it was like she was a totally different person. In the whole 15 months we lived at this home, she made several appointments to pop in yet cancelled all but one. At the very end she stopped in to take pictures of the inside of the home. She claimed it was to show to the owners. Next thing I know, she posted these pictures all over the Internet without our permission. Pictures of our personal belongings, bedroom, car with tag number as clear as day. I was devastated! No one gave her authorization to do this. We have yet to receive our deposit back. I have email, complained and will continue this battle. I urge anyone who is doing business with Lynn to think twice. She seems so nice & professional at first and appears to have your best interest at heart. But she is a snake in the grass. She is only interested in the best interest of herself and she is perfectly ok with screwing other people. Do your homework on this agent before you trust her! She has lied to not just my family but other consumers as well.

They were able to rent my rental property for more than what I originally was renting it for. They ran credit checks on prospects. The current tenant has been in place for 7 months so far, is paying on time and taking good care of the property.
