Upon calling Ken Schwarz, I told him where we lived and that we were on a corner lot. He was aware of this because he had chemically treated our roof this summer. That, too, was an excellent job...which is why we decided to call him again. He gave us a price for the power washing and we easily settled on a convenient date. He arrived on time, in fact a few minutes early, and completed the job within the time he projected. I couldn't have been more pleased, and will most definitely rely upon him to provide annual power washing service.

Ken was punctual and extremely nice. He did an outstanding job. Ken's pricing was extremely fair and I will definitely use him for future needs.

Ken came on time to quote the job and on time to do the job - very reliable and very personable. The pavers were nice and clean between and he gave good advice on how to keep them that way. Takes pride in his work. I will definitely call him for a redo. Did not get other quotes because of his professionalism during quote and timely response.

Ken is very professional, very careful, does what he promises. We were extremely pleased with his work. The deck job was interrupted by rain for several days, and because of that, I offered partial payment. He refused any payment until the job was completed. We plan to have Ken do periodic maintenance on both our deck and roof in the future to keep it looking great. I couldn't be happier with the way the house looks, and would recommend Ken to anyone.

The tile roof of my home was badly discolored. I contacted Ken's office by telephone and requested a return call. The call was promptly returned and an appointment was made to obtain an estimate for cleaning. Ken came to my home and provided the estimate and we agreed upon a date for the work to be performed. Ken arrived on time on the service date and explained the process and promptly started the cleaning process. Care was taken to protect all plants and shrubs. The job was completed with outstanding results. The roof actually looks better than new. When the roof cleaning was completed the area surrounding the home was completely sprayed with clean water and the entire area was left in excellent condition. I would recommend KJ Pressure Washing for tile roof cleaning without reservation.

He was such a nice guy, he is honest, friendly, professional. Responded to the call right away and was available when we needed him. I would recommend him to everybody. He did a great job to the roof and the driveway. We are having him come back out to do some additional work. He charged a very fair price, based on the size of my roof.

Ken promptly returned my call but was unable to complete the job because I have a three story home. He left an estimate for the part of the job he could complete and was up front and honest about not being able to do the rest of the job.

I ended up hiring another company, but Ken made a very positive impression, and I'd consider him for future work. He was exceedingly professional and reasonably priced.

Ken was professional. He let me know they were really busy! I had three other estimates and they were all around $500.00 for the same job. His bid was over $1000.00. I quess he does not need the work.

This vendor was found through Angie's List. Ken made an appointment for an estimate. He showed at the specified time and did a walk around of the premises. His estimate was lower than two others we called from the List and only offered estimates over the phone. Ken's appearance was very professional, courteous and friendly. His equipment was clean and well-maintained. He performed all he stated he would do, and the work was exceptional. The CoolDeck looked like new after having been cleaned only once in the 28 years it has been here. My wife and I were more than pleased with the work. Finding this one vendor alone, through Angie's List, was well worth the annual membership. We would recommend this service to anyone without question. It was a job well done.

Ken returned my initial call within 2 hours. About 3 hours later, he was at my house and prepared a detailed, written estimate. He was very professional. He performed the work on time and did everything he said he would. The results were very good, as was the overall experience.

They were very responsive. Ken returned my call within 2 hours of my message, and left a quote for me the same day. He did the work 2 days later and did a great job. I would absolutely recommend him, and I'll call him again next year.

KEN EXPLAINED EVERYTHING HE WAS GOING TO DO AND THEN DID IT. WE DID NOT HAVE TO BE THERE. NOTHING LEFT TO BE CLEANED UP. CAME BACK LATER TO BE PAID AND TO MAKE SURE WE WERE SATISFIED. EXCELLENT PERSON TO WORK WITH. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM HIGHLY. HIS PRICES WERE LOWER THAN OTHERS I CALLED AND HE DID EXACTLY WHAT HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO DO.

KEN DID AN AWESOME JOB. VERY PROFESSIONAL, PUNCTUAL, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND REASONABLY PRICED (I DID SOME RESEARCH BEFORE HIRING HIM). I ALSO ASKED FOR PRICE QUOTES FROM TWO OTHER COMPANIES ON ANGIE'S LIST. ONE OF THE TWO COMPANIES RETURNED MY CALL A FEW DAYS LATER, AND LEFT THE QUOTE A FEW DAYS AFTER THAT, AND THE OTHER COMPANY THAT I REQUESTED QUOTE THE JOB NEVER RETURNED MY CALL (KEN CALLED ME BACK WITHIN MINUTES OF MY LEAVING A MESSAGE!) I'D HIRE HIM AGAIN IN A NEW YORK MINUTE, AND I'VE ALREADY RECOMMENDED HIM TO TWO OF MY NEIGHBORS.

KEN WAS ON TIME. EXPLAINED EVERYTHING HE WAS GOING TO DO. PROTECTED THE YARD AND PLANTS WITH BLUE TARP. PERFORMED AS HE PROMISED.

THIS ONE MAN OPERATION DID A REAL GOOD JOB. CLEAN UP WAS GREAT. HE WARNED ME THAT HEAVY MILDEW STAINS ON ONE SIDE OF THE HOUSE MAY NOT COME OFF BUT THEY DID. I APPRECIATE THAT HE COMMUNCATED WITH ME THROUGH THE PROCESS. HE EVEN GAVE ME A 10% ANGIE'S LIST DISCOUNT SAVING ME OVER $30. (NOTE: MEMBER DOES NOT WANT HER REPORT PRINTED.)

IT IS A ONE MAN COMPANY AND SO HE CARES ABOUT THE WORK HE DOES. HE EVEN CAME BACK TO CHECK THE WORK TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS OK. WOMEN YOU WON'T GET DUPED.
