It went great. Ken was responsive, personable, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. We were in great hands. We're new residents of Florida, and he taught me a lot about the exterior of our home and how frequently to have it pressure-washed. I'll definitely hire him again when it's time and I highly recommend him.

The work went excellent. His quality of work is very good. When he said he was going to be, he was at the appointed time. I have a large area, and I have a huge bird cage which was very dirty. His price is reasonable. I would use him again. As a matter of fact, I am setting up a maintenance agreement with him so he will be coming back once a year. I would recommend him to anybody.

The roof was dirty from mold and mildew and needed a general cleaning. After attempting to do it myself with my pressure washer, I realized it was going to take too long and was going to fall off my roof if I kept at it. It didn't help that my pressure washer stop working. So I finally broke down and found Ken on Angie's list and had him do it. He told me about the process he does and the use of special chemicals to do a better job than my pressure washing would have done. It helps to find someone on Angie's List with lots of "A's' and even a few Honors. That made my choosing easier.

Owner, Ken Schwarz, was very thorough and professional. He called us back within a day to set a time for estimating the job. We were able to set a date for work within a couple of weeks. Our job took 2 days. Ken was very thoughtful about how the work would be done...starting on the roof and ending with the driveway. Our roof is 15 years old and we had never trusted anyone to clean it...but it turned out great and it looks brand new! In fact everything looks sparkling clean now! We really liked the fact that Ken is the owner and we worked only with him.

It went really well. We got Ken's name from Angie's list and got the discount that he offers for Angie's list orders. He made an appointment to come out on May 25, showed up on time and quickly, efficiently and professionally cleaned our roof. He and his helper were careful with our plants (and we have a lot of plants) We are very happy with the job they did.

He covered our bushes with tarps, he was very methodical and thorough in his cleaning, and he paid attention to the details of rinsing off the shrubbery and the windows after he was finished with each section of the job. I was very impressed with his work and felt he did as good a job as if this were his own home.

The owner arrived as scheduled and lived up to his telephone quote. He was clean and professional with equipment in good repair and presented very well. All work was done in the time specified and the results were more than I expected. Clean and organized throughout the job and left my home in like new condition.

We called Ken for an estimate on pressure washing several areas around our home, he came by very quickly after the initial contact to provide the estimate, he was very punctual and professional. His arrival was very punctual on the scheduled day and he completed the work very efficiently. He did a great job.

The crew knew what to do and how to do the job. They showed up at the appointed time and went to work. I did not have any problems with them. They did a good job of cleaning up.

Ken was very prompt in returning my call about an estimate. He gave a discount on my bill for being an Angie's list member. He called back later that day to tell me he made a mistake on the day he was to work. He already had a job in the same timeslot and would I mind changing the work scheduled for another day. Not a problem. He was very courteous and professional. He showed up a little late but not a big deal. They were here for about two hours. He guarantees his work and a touch up if needed.

Very well. Ken showed up on time for both the estimation visit and the day of the job. He was professional and forthright, stated a fair price and then earned it. Ken and his employee took pains to insure that our shrubbery and flowering plants would not be adversely affected by the bleach mix dripping from the roof. Quality of work was excellent throughout, as was their courtesy and concern for our property.

I called and left a message on Saturday. Ken returned my call next business day. Made appointment for estimate 2 days later. Very professional, personable. Did not talk me into any other service than what I decided on. Which was the patio and pool enclosure. Ken came back to do the work 3 days later, arriving earlier than the appointed time that he had set with me. Ken initially had been contracted to only do the enclosure and the pool area, but as I listed, he went far beyond that and did not charge any more. He did the work himself, was both professional and personable. It's easy to see why he does so well, he knows his profession and is a people person.

Ken came out to give us an estimate on pressure washing our house and screened-in lanai. We were very impressed by Ken's prompt return phone call, and that he was on-time for his appointment. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in his evaluation of our needs. Ken offered to pressure-wash our patio furniture and their covers as part of the lanai pressure washing. We felt the price quoted was very reasonable, and we did not even bother to get other estimates because we were so comfortable with Ken. The crew showed up on the appointed day, and the work done was great. Our enclosure looks like new. We will definitely be using KJ in the future and have recommended them to all our neighbors.
