I called Jincy early in the week, and she recommended that I take pictures of the areas that needed work, and email them to her. This allowed her to provide an estimate without coming to the house, and saved a lot of time. She came that Friday, and completed the entire job the same day. This involved patching the drywall where there were holes, and also putting in the wallpaper patch (wallpaper was left over from when it was installed). It looks absolutely fantastic. I know exactly where the patches are, and even I can't see them. She was very friendly, and followed up a few days later to make sure we were still happy. Would hire her again without hesitation.

Jincy met w/ us at the wallpaper store & helped pick out the paper. A day or two after finishing the job, she called to say there was a minor spot that she forgot to fix - one we hadn't (and would not have) noticed. She scheduled a comeback and made the fix. Highly pleased with the whole experience, and recommend Jincy highly.

Jincy is a home run! If you are looking for someone who is honest, courteous and does great work she is your contact! We allowed her to work at the house even when we weren't there which reflects the quality of person that she is. We would highly recommend her!

I got her from Angie’s list and she was really good. They did a very good job. They kept in-touch with me. She came when she said she would. She got the job done. I thought that was good. I have not always had that experience. Her price was reasonable and it took her almost an entire week to do the job.

It was a disaster. She came to my home and she said she has been doing wall covers for the past 30+ years. She assured me that she was able to do the work and was familiar with the wall paper quality that I requested. She came to my home and the quote jumped to about 3 times the amount due the wall covering quality. After she installed it, you could see the seams and the patterns did not line up. I then had to remove the wallpaper and start all over.

Jincy did a great job of wallpapering one of our bedrooms. She was very quick to respond to emails initially, turned up on time and did a great job. The walls look great and she was clean, quick and efficient throughout the day I will definitely be using her again for our next project. Thanks Jincy for a great job, the room looks terrific.

Jincy is very professional and knows her business. Her finished work is excellence. There were some delays in getting the job done, for various reasons.

I tried wallpapering my daughter's bathroom, but it had been many years since I last hung wallpaper. Needless to say, my effort left much to be desired. I called Jincy and explained my situation to her, and she was more than willing to take on the challenge. We set up a date, but because she had car trouble, the date slipped a couple of days. However, when she showed up, she took inventory of what needed to be done, gave me a price, and completed the job on the spot. Suffice it to say I was extremely pleased not only with the promptness of getting the work done but also with the quality of her work. She took the room as it was and, with one spare double roll of paper, made it look professionally finished!

She did a great job! She worked over the course of several days (allowing time for surfaces to dry properly), and was done when she said she would be. We found her easy to work with and the bathroom looks fantastic. She certainly faced a challenge with that room! We look forward to working with her again.

Jincy is a lovely lady with lots of wallpapering experience, Did a great job and caulked around several areas in bathroom when finished to make things look as good as possible. Put down plastic to keep walkways clean.

Jincy came over and gave us an estimate and then met us at Sherwin Williams to help us pick out the right type of wallpaper for our room. She started and finished the work when she said she would and was professional, friendly, and extremely careful and competent with her work. She is hard worker and it was a pleasure to have her around the house. If you need wallpaper call Jincy; you will be happy that you did! She makes hanging wallpaper into an art. I recommend her very highly.

I really needed to have my old wallpaper taken down and new wallpaper put up because I had an upcoming party to host and I had partially removed some of the old wallpaper. Jincy's estimate was very high. She took a good look at my house, and I live in a nice neighborhood. Some people think that means I should have to pay more. I call that price-gouging. I think that Jincy was figuring how much she was willing to do my particular job for, not just anyone's job. In addition, she measured my room and told me that I didn't have 8-foot high ceilings like I measured, I had 9-foot ceilings. She had her granddaughter with her (around 10 years old) and I was a little embarrassed and said, "Wow, I don't know how I measured that wrong." I had begun removing the old wallpaper and I knew there was backing and paste still on the bare parts of the walls, but Jincy ran her hand across it and said, "Feel that? I'm going to have to prep these walls with some spackling." I tried to tell her that I wasn't finished removing the paper, but she's a strong talker and talked right over me. She said it was going to take a long time to do the work. When she gave me the estimate, I told her I could not afford to pay that much. I asked how much if I removed the paper. She said then she would charge me by the hour, and told me the hourly rate, but gave me another number, which was 2/3 of the original number, and said it would be at least that if she were paid by the hour. That's not how an hourly rate works, Jincy. When she left, I measured my ceiling height again. It was 8 feet. It is 8 feet. It has never been 9 feet. I don't know how she got her measurements. I used another wallpaper installer and removed the old wallpaper myself, getting all the paper and paste down until the plaster walls were as smooth as a baby's butt-- no spackling of any type required. When I called her back, I had planned to tell her what I thought about her pricing methods and how hard I worked to get what I have so I'm not just giving it away to someone, and that she, not I, measured wrong. But she will read this review and I absolutely stand by it.

Jincy was a delight from our first phone call! She is professional, personable, friendly, helpful, knowledgable, and a consummate perfectionist. She came the day before the job to check out the project and to make sure she would have all the materials and supplies with her the next morning that she would need for the installation. She had never worked with bead board wallpaper. (It's beautiful, but rare and challenging to work with.) Jincy carefully and patiently worked with the paper and soon had it mastered! Early in the job, (which took seven hours) she showed me a seam that she wasn't happy with, and while I said that it was "nearly unnoticeable and that she didn't need to change it," she said, "It wasn't perfect which means it's not good enough." She happily redid the piece...it's impossible to see ANY seams on the cabinets. Amazing! Her work is without compare! Not only is her technique superior, I was impressed with her work ethic and positive personality. By the time she left, I felt like we were longtime friends. My job needed done quickly because painters were coming to paint the cabinets. She postponed a trip by a day to visit her son in order to do the installation. I told her I would find someone else, yet she insisted that she should do it because someone else might not care enough to do their best. Will I use Jincy again? ABSOLUTELY! In fact, she's the ONLY person I'll ever use. PS: I tired to pay her more money (as a tip, if you will) and she wouldn't accept it. She felt that her fee was fair, and that more money would be overpaying.

She did an AMAZING job! She is super careful with the wallpaper and everything that is surronded. Her quality is inpecable, and she is also very punctual and fast. There is no one that comes to my house that doesn't compliment her wonderful work!!!
