A friend of mine recommended Jincy after she used her at her house and was pleased. I called JIncy and she came out to my house to measure my master bathroom to make sure I had ordered enough paper. She said that I would need to order 1 more roll to have enough. After the extra roll came in, I called her and set up a day for her to install the paper. She arrived on the day agreed and spent all of that day patching and prepping my walls (they were not in too good of shape after I ripped all the old paper off) and then decided to paint the walls with a moisture barrier paint. The next day, she returned and hung the paper. She also caulked all the edges to seal from the moisture. Jincy did a great job and was very pleasant and helpful in the process. I would recommend her highly.

Jincy was very responsive to my call for help. She came to our home, surveyed the situation, looked at the available paper, and said she would do her best to restore the damaged area with the available wallpaper. She arrived on time and worked until the job was completed. She showed me what was required to be able to utilize the partial roll of wallpaper which stuck together on the roll over time. She patiently did what was necessary to preserve the paper. She even removed one 4-inch stripe from ceiling to floor and replaced it with a new identical strip to improve the final effect. She was encouraging, yet realistic about the nature of the problem, and completed the job as well as I think it could have been done. She even showed me how to repair seams on the rest of the room. Her hourly charge was fair and she finished the job very close to what she predicted it would require. I recommend her work highly.

We set a date and Jincy completed the task in one day. It took a little longer than I had anticipated, but she did not take a break, brought her own drinks and lunch and worked until the whole kitchen was done. She didn't even mind my nosy pug coming in to check in on her! I am thrilled with my new kitchen! Jincy's suggestion to paper all 4 walls was right on the money - would have looked odd if I had only done 2 or 3. The final price was exactly what she had quoted. I only wish I had other rooms for her to paper! The best part is that she also paints, so I will be getting a quote from her to refresh all the woodwork in my home. Jincy is so kind and easy-going, I think anyone would feel comfortable working with her.
