Don & his crew were awesome!! Polite courteous and they cleaned up very nicely. We highly recommend them! Great Job! Trees are beautiful.

The quality was just OK at best. Needed 1 more palt of sod to complete the job and Gladiator was out and purchased from P&R and that was a better product. Service was very from Gladiator but the Sod was just OK

DO NOT BUY SOD FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my life! My company ordered sod for and completely dead crunchy grass was delivered. When we reached out to the company their response was that it's too bad, we already paid in order to ensure delivery and there is nothing they will do since they already have our money. They went so far as to tell us we were stupid for not knowing what we were doing. I literally cannot believe that a company would be such outright crooks! JUST GO TO ANYONE ELSE!!!!

great Charlie had a crew of about 6 men that worked nonstop to complete the job., Charlie himself was there the entire time. He was easy to get along with and easy to get ahold of either by phone call or text.

Delivery of Sod was on time and I installed the sod the next day. 1 week later I noticed an area turning brown. I called and they had some lady call me days later and she simply told me there probably was a fungi in new lawn from all the heavy rain and recommended I put a grass fungi down on new sod. I did this the next day for entire 1000 sqft. I completely lost the entire 1000 sqft. Highly upset and never in my past have I purchased this much Sod to have the complete area die. Since I treated lawn as recommended there should have been no reason to have entire lawn die. I would have accepted a small area but not the entire new sod area. I had requested someone come out but instead get a call blaming the rain. SO Upset !!!

We ordered and paid for almost $400 in sod to be delivered on 2/27. My husband called on 2/23 to see if their was a chance on getting the sod earlier, he was told no it had rained the day before so they wouldn't be able to deliver it until Sat as originally planned. He called again on 2/26 to confirm the delivery for the next day and was told that they couldn't deliver it until sometime the following week, when he asked why no one had called him he was told "their customer's just know, they don't have to tell them" He told them he was a new customer and did not know this. He asked to speak with a manager because the person who answered was so rude. Annette got on the phone and was also very rude, she then passed the phone to a man who got on the phone and cussed my husband out, he told him "I know where you live, I have your address." It was beyond unprofessional and disgusting that a business owner would allow an employee to THREATEN a customer. Before doing business with this company be sure to do a search on them, you will see the many reviews about their rudeness and disgusting way they treat customers.

Annette and her crew did an excellent job. They showed up on time and all the workers were very neat and clean in appearance. The laying of the sod was done very good without any gaps. The sod was fresh and green with NO weeds. If we have any more grass issues we know who to call, GLADIATOR SOD.

I found them through the Better Business Bureau. I think it took two days to do it. It's a small yard and I was happy with the sod. It looks very good now. I like the lady that owns the company. She is very personable. I felt that it was a fair rate, I had priced around and the service was good. I have recommended them since. My husband and I had replaced a lawn before, so I knew the cost and the work it takes to do it. They did a good job and they came the next day. That was fine.

Of the three sod companies I called on Angie's list this was the only one who agreed to sod my lawn the next day, which happened to be Good Friday, after I pleaded with them to help me out. I passed the Gladiator Sod sign on the street and called them, later I realized they were lower on the list. My homeowner's association had gone though the process to have an arrest warrant out on me because I did not sod my lawn! No lie. And the woman I spoke with was nice! She made the arrangements and even said they could write up a form that would say they were sodding it the next day, however the lawyer wouldn't accept it! Anyway I feel so grateful to them for squeezing us in, they didn't charge me extra and best yet...their sod was beautiful and thick, and they did a wonderful job!

They did an excellent job. I really haven't had an irrigation company per say and do anything. They were very clean, very prompt and the sod was really good sod. It looks pretty and it held up well. Its an excellent type of sod, not the usual sod you see in Florida, more like a New York sod. Its hardy for Florida. I've been very pleased with it. The price was competitive. It was very high quality. They have the right equipment and knew what to do. If I had to, I would use them again but so far everything had been really good.

Their estimator was upfront, she was easy to make an appointment with, she was friendly, honest, fair, forthright, and her crew did a fabulous job. I will definitely use them again.

They did a fine job. I had no complains. The guys were friendly and thorough. They were nice. The foreman was very responsive and helpful. I had a few special request and they accommodated me.

I have the lawn on the block that everyone asks about because the grass looks so good. Well that is until I got grass from Gladiator Sod. I made the mistake of wanting to save a little money. For almost a decade I have been using another vendor on Angie's list that is in Tampa and never had a problem. I replaced my lawn before and I am a realtor and have referred others to the other vendor with no problems. I had a pool and screened in porch added to my house this summer so as you can imagine my beautiful grass had to come up and be replaced when it was complete. This time I decide tp save money on delivery charges and go with a local company. BIG MISTAKE. First the grass had brown in it when it arrived like it had been sitting out and there were chinch bug worms in it. I called the company and was told that was normal for this time of the year. The grass was properly watered and I fed the grass when I was supposed to. It looks horrible and I will most likely have to call the company I used to use and have them deliver new grass. The grass still has a lot of brown in it and you can definitely see the poor quality.

The company was very prompt in coming out t provide an estimate. The crew that performed the prep, removal and installation were very hard working and efficient. I will use them again in the future. No complaints.

They were really good; they returned my call promptly and gave me a really good price on the sod. They were friendly and everything, so it was good. It was seven pallets of sod and they quoted about $930. They were able to provide me with a quote right away instead of having me wait and call back and all that. However, the only thing that was bad about them was, I needed the sod delivered on a Monday and that is when I was going to have my installers here but they weren't too sure if they could deliver on a Monday. So the fact that they didn't deliver every day of the week was kind of the thing that discouraged me to use them.

Arrived on time. Set up system and tested it to make sure it was working properly. Fine tuned the spray from the sprinker heads after new sod was laid.
