I left him a voicemail and he never got with me.

I never got a response ... NONE

Very unresponsive. Gary came to take measurements and look at what I needed to be done for my house. Said he would get back with an estimate for the work. 2 weeks went by, I tried to email and call him. Yet never received a response. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Gary and his team are very knowledgeable and skilled, honest, and they work with integrity. Gary made sure that I was taken care of, and all of my concerns were addressed. I highly recommend Gary for any and all contractor needs.

Emailed requesting service, he responded in a day stating that he didn't know when he could get out but gave a general price. I replied the following day that I'd like to proceed and to let me know when he thought we might be able to. There was no response after over a week has passed so I hired another company.

After contacting this party over a week's time and through texts, emails and phone calls no one ever called back.

Very well. Arrived on time for both estimate and repair. The wall looks new and you can no longer wave at people through the threshold. A good result. Thanks, young Gary!

I received a gift certificate to this company for my birthday. I had never heard of them before. I was very pleased with their professionalism and the quality of their work. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

Prompt reply to our inspection request. Provided same day prompt arrival to do job. Was very thorough. Very courteous. Cleaned and checked all of driveway for any loose nails during job as well as after job was completed.

Before work started, Gary agreed to all of our requests and was happy to do the work. He's previously leaned his equipment against my daughter's new car. His brother came one week to mow the lawn, and he mowed the lawn down to the dirt. They didn't use a small mower to do the sides of the house, but used an edge trimmer. I never agreed to this. Today, he came to do the work and, instead of calling like we agreed upon, he rang the doorbell causing my husband to run out and move the car. He never pulled weeds as requested, which made more work for my husband. Today, he told me that if we can't meet eye-to-eye, then he didn't want to work with me. He also claimed that he and my husband agreed on him re-seeding the lawn. I fired him today. I have emails that prove I've contacted him over these issues, and he's refused to assist us.

Had to have some interior repairs done as a result of Hurricane Irma. Gary and his crew are the ultimate professionals. Their work was meticulous and precise and the price was right. My wife and I could not be happier with the results and we will soon be hiring them for some additional interior and exterior work. These guys are excellent and I'm so glad that I found them on Angie's List. If you want the best, you can't find better than Gary Heusted Home Services!

Gary was quite professional in his approach to the job and responded with a quote quickly. We agreed upon the details and scheduled a start date. Just before that date arrived Irma visited and I thought the schedule would probably be pushed back. We were quite lucky in that our place was not damaged and power was restored within a couple of days. I was pleasantly surprised when Gary called to let us know the schedule was still on. I told him that I had added an additional task to the mix: removing an older towel bar and TP holder and replacing them with newer items that I had purchased. Gary supervised the job but left the bulk of the job to one other who exhibited a high degree of skill and professionalism. The only glitch that arose was when replacing the baseboard. He could not find a direct match but could find similar. The problem with them was one was too short and would have meant more drywall repair and repainting; the other example was too high and would block access to the plumbing for the toilet. Since the molding never connected to any other molding in hallway or other rooms, I suggested he get the taller molding and rip it to fit. This is what he did and it worked well. I was more than pleased with the drywall repairs - they were virtually invisible and much better that many others I have seen in the past. Cleanup following the job was meticulous.
