Professional and prompt. Worked with me to determine if an existing line could be used, but found it could not. Discussed the action plan and that evening emailed an estimate. No charge for the estimate. Showed up on time and completed the job in a few hours. I called three electrical contractors for an estimate. One didn't show up, one who does "Small Jobs", charged me $30 for the estimate and were almost $200 more than FOX Electric. I would hire FOX again in heartbeat and recommend them to anyone who needs an electrician.

Michael was personable and professional. He was punctual and re arranged his schedule to meet us. Michael offered solutions to fix our problems . He went the the extra mile and exceeded our expectations. Great guy. Don't ever let this guy leave.

I decided to call Fox because of his good reviews on Angie's List plus he gave free estimates which is surprisingly hard to find in this industry. Mike was super helpful in working out a way to get my recessed lights where I want them with low clearance in roof. Also, I kept going back and forth about what light fixtures to use so he brought several fixtures so I would have a choice when he came to install. He was very professional and did a great job. I will hire again. And the best of all, he voluntarily charged me less than his original quote because the job didn't take as long as expected. Stop looking - just call him.

Excellent!. We passed a few emails back and forth (they were always responsive). Showed up for an estimate (when they said they would). Price was spot on. They were able to work around our schedule for the install. The best part was when I went into the attic to follow up on he install. They properly secured the wiring along the run and didn't just leave it laying up there! Based on previous experiences with other businesses in the local area I will admit I was not expecting them to do the right thing.. but they did.

Mike and Chuck did an exceptional job on the entire project. They work well together and are very efficient with their time. I "Highly" recommend this company and will use them again for other projects.

Mike and his helper did an excellent job, cleaned up after themselves. They had several challenges, including air ducts in the kitchen ceiling and very difficult access through the garage attic needed to be accessed to install new wiring for additional outdoor garage coach light. They were both extremely professional and courteous. Mike was very precise in placing the recessed lights in the kitchen for the most light where needed. He also told us he would come back and add 2 more if after trying them we wanted additional lights added with minimal cost. There was minimal drywall damage in the kitchen and Mike saved pieces of the ceiling for us to use to do the patching. This will make the patching much easier and consistent with the rest of the ceiling.

This is the forth time we have used fox electrical services . We put in a new dock and needed power to the new boat lift ,repair the old wiring and add a light . I was recommended by the dock builder to use his guy and he gave me a free $3000 estimate which contained a lot of, unnecessary work. Michael and Chuck from fox did all the necessary work and charged a honest $500.00. I am a contractor up north and fox is a honest hard working company,. You geat a fair deal with fox.

Mike and his team were prompt, courteous, and efficient. They did the work within an hour and a half even though they had to deal with a flat roof where the fan was installed. Mike was very fair in his pricing and I will definitely use Fox Electrical Services again!

Mike came to our house to estimate the job a few weeks prior to doing the actual work. He arrived on time, checked the attic, (none of the other electricians that came to the house did this) and sent me a very professional estimate via email the next day. On the agreed upon date, Mike and Chuck arrived on time once again. Before starting, they reviewed the project with my wife and I making sure we were all on the same page. Drawing on their experience having hung similar lights many times, they made constructive suggestions as to the distance between and height for the best visual effect. They then proceeded to cut holes in the ceiling, run wires, and installed the lights and switches. Mike did everything he said he would do and never made a promise he didn't keep. This was the best experience I've had dealing w a contractor. These people are literally the best!

It's been a while ago that this was done. I thought my review had been posted a long time ago. Mike Fox and his co worker were absolutely terrific. I can't sing their praises enough. Honest and very professional. I interviewed 4 other companies prior to finding Mike. Unlike the others, Mike provided a written estimate and kept all the agreements we had made prior to the work. He arrived on the agreed upon date and time and completed the work in an expeditiously. I wish I had more work for him to do as it was such a pleasure doing business w him.

Good though there was some difficulty in keeping the schedule together since they picked up other jobs before this one was completed but that is sometimes normal when parts or supplies need to be ordered or picked up.

They actually called to ask if they could come a day early to complete the job.

Superb. Arrived next day, on-time. Within 10 minutes they had positively identified the problem. Within 20 minutes, the job was completed by simply correcting the wiring for one switch (I think an accurate description is "a 3-way circuit had been improperly wired to a 2-way switch"). Within 30 minutes, they had completed clean-up and were gone. Friendly, SWAT team-like attack, professional, courteous, definitely knowledgeable.

This is the second time I have used Fox Electric and I have been very pleased both times. The first was to install Alumicon wire connectors on all my light fixtures, switches and outlets. I received several bids and they were half the price of other electricians. They were on time and did the work as quoted. The second time I called them I need a ballast replace in a florescent fixture. They suggested that the light fixture be rewired to use LED tubes which does away with the ballast all together. The cost was about the same to just replace the ballast, but this is a more permanent fix. They will always be my first call for electrical services.
