The process was very easy from quote to onsite manager, to color specialist to painting process. Every step was explained and the work was done very professionally. definitely a 5 star rating!

Everything was done entirely to our satisfaction. When there was a slight hiccup with one crew, the Manager came in and handled it immediately and we didn't skip a beat. Very responsive, available and professional. Can't go wrong using this company- top notch from the owner down to the crew.

When the owner, Jeffrey Hawkins, came to the house to bid on the job, he was very confident in his company's ability to get the job done...later his price included a generous military discount (I am a Navy veteran). Out of 3 bids, I gave Jeff the job. His foreman, Ken Adams and his painters Will Myers and Matt Bone were great workers (professional, hardworking, trustworthy, detail oriented...exemplary). The job was done without mishaps. We are very happy with the outcome. Whether you're a veteran or not, this company will do your paint projects the way you envisioned!

They did a good job painting the walls but the cabinets are another story. They were in such a rush to finish that they did not bother to paint some of the insides of the cabinet doors. They used oil based paint when I thought they were going to use a water based primer and paint. The oil based paint has chipped in many places and it stains. I called them to complain and told them I did not like the paint they used and the representative told me I did not know what I was talking about and that they used the best paint. I have painted other cabinets in my house with the water based primer and paint and I have never had chipping problems. I told him he was rude and I did not want him back in my home and I have had to repaint them myself. Kitchen wall painting was around $1500 and the cabinets were $2300

Lydia provided me with a fair estimate. I was very grateful that she was able to work me into the schedule, as I had guests coming. The interior painting was completed in two days by George. He also followed up to touch up a few spots. I really enjoyed working with both of them. Five Star also provided me with a paint consultant. This was included in the price and the consultant was spot on with the paint color!!

Amazing! They painted the outside of my 4,000 sq ft home in two and a half days. I have had many neighbors ask me for there number.

Outstanding. They have a designer on staff. Instead of a white vanilla house I have colors I would not have tried otherwise. It turned out beautiful!

The paint job looked great. However, once the job was finished the painter handed me his business card for another company and told me he was a subcontractor who used all of his own equipment to paint my house and that he would have done the job for $400 cheaper. I hired Five Star Painting because I heard great reviews, so I was a little irritated to find out that another company had painted my house and that I had paid Five Star a $400 finders fee.

They were punctual, neat, did an excellent job. We could not have asked for more. Very pleasant. I will be having them back in about a month or so.

The estimate was at the expected price. They brought a huge crew and completed well ahead of schedule. The house looks great. Outstanding job.

I cannot speak high enough of the crew that was sent out, Jodie , Ken and Debbie were excellent, You can tell they enjoy what they do, Jodie came up with great ideals for my living room and fireplace that I would have never thought of, They are a great team !

They were prompt quick and on time. There were some touch ups need, they did come back and completed to my satisfaction. One day there were a little late.

It went pretty good! They came out and gave me a printed estimate the same day, which was helpful. They scheduled the work and came out pretty quickly. Anything I had issues with they took care of immediately. They kept me updated with pictures during the day as well.

They were on time and even early . They were very good.

It took them two days and they did a great job. The cut in work around the crown molding is excellent. Clean up was good and we were very happy with the colors. He even left his # behind in case he missed something. I would highly recommend them.
