She was attentive to our criteria, helped us focus our search to maximize our time, and was a genuine partner throughout the experience. We are, admittedly, fairly high maintanence wen we go trough the whole purchasing process, and Aileen was fantastic in lending assistance when necessary, backing off when appropriate, and was great at communicating with us throughout. She even saved us several thousand dollars by "reading" the seller, and advised us to not negotiate during the offer process. She was right - after initially countering, the seller accepted our initial offer.You will do well to use Aileen to purchase your home. She is a great partner and will make a potentially stressful process as smooth as it can possibly be.

Overall we could not be more pleased with the way that the transaction went. We were kept informed continually and were provided with advice, based on Aileen's experience and knowledge of the local real estate market. We were 1200 miles away when all of the hard work was done by Aileen. I do not believe that this real estate transaction could have been accomplished without a broker, with superior knowledge and skills, representing our interests.

As far as cost, we paid a $500 retainer fee that was reimbursed after closing on a property. Aileen was paid her commission percentage as per the seller's contract with the real estate agent.
