Earth's Best Natural Pest Management

Thank you Earth's Best Pest. Our relationship started when black debris started falling thru my ceiling onto my bed. As a pet owner I was very concerned about chemical use. Much research later I entrusted my house as well as my animals well being to Earth's Best. The carpenter ants, termites, spiders and palmetto bugs quickly moved to a new address! When I replaced my roof they retreated with no hesitation. Due to all the rain, ants had moved onto my patio, again they were there to save the day. Angela worked amazingly with my erratic schedule and Mark was a very conscience technician, wearing mask and gloves. Thank you Earth's Best!

My animals are very important to me... but termites are not part of my family. When searching for a solution, my primary concerns were getting rid of the pests but also safety for my animals. I spoke to many pest companies and their answers to my problems were not satisfactory. Earths Best Pest addressed all my concerns and even more. The guarantee, the knowledge and patience while explaining the substance they use, their understanding regarding my animals safety calmed all my concerns. When their tech accessed my house more issues were found AND all of them were treated in their original contract price. Their follow up is great, even coming back out when carpenter ants were brought in on firewood, all included in the contract. (And I haven't even seen any Palmetto bugs, an added bonus). Environmentally safe, pet friendly, no tenting, friendly & knowledgeable staff, 100% pest free now... Earths Best is the "BEST" and the only company I will ever use!

Don't waste your money on this pest control program. The technician refused to treat the other half of the attic said their spray would "reach" - and their treatment on the one side of the attic took less than 2 minutes - he said he "shot" it out; technician also claimed that nothing could live in the hot attics. Office said I should have called them - however, this is the quality of the technicians they employ. When calling out for retreatment I had to wait 2 weeks each time. Problem was never solved - contacted another company - much cheaper - who worked with me in totally resolving the problem. (They treated both sides of the attic by the way!) They were much more thorough in their treatment. Of course I won't receive a refund!

They were on time. They always dress in their uniforms. They're always real nice and give me good information. I've been using them for four years now. They use organic treatments so you don't have to leave your house or anything and I really like that.

They are absolutely wonderful. It's non-toxic. You don't have to move out or anything like that. They're very friendly, very accommodating and I've never had an issue with them. They're very courteous.

We continued to get re-infestations over and over. They kept coming back and treating but the problem was never solved. We ultimately found someone else because their method doesn't work. They also insist that someone has to be there for them to treat. The process is very time-intensive for the homeowner.

I have a termite contract with them and I spend just over $200 a year. We had a treatment one year and they come out just for maintenance. I like that they use natural products. They have been really good. We did have an issue where I wanted them to come out and I called them but they did not call back. They did call and leave a message a couple of weeks later saying that they will be here on a certain day and just showed up because I did not check my messages. That was kind of frustrating. We have been using them for a couple of years now.

He comes around once a month and sprays outside. He then leaves the bill hanging on the door, so there is not a lot of interaction. You do not have to sign a contract with Best and I like that.

A pleasant and positive experience from initial call to completion of service. They do exactly what they say they will. Highly recommend Earth's Best. Don't change anything.

The company gets paid annually and will return as often as needed to fix the problem. Pesticides are less toxic than those used by other companies. Bill followed up with us personally to be sure we got good service. We did. We just signed another one-year contract... just in case the ants return.
