Great! Explained everything would definitely use again

I was extremely happy with the results of the carpet cleaning done yesterday by Rick from Dry Solutions Tampa. My carpet looks new again! He performed a thorough, professional job. The cost is very competitive. This company has served me several times over past years and I don't consider calling anyone else. I could not be more pleased with the service they offer.

Rick delivered our rugs this week...clean and fresh. I called the gentleman who sold us the rugs a few years back because I needed to have our rugs cleaned—two wool, one braid—and struggled to find a company that would pick them up, clean, and return. I did not want them cleaned on our wood floors. Rick was immediately responsive and professional. We spoke about the process, a repair needed on the braid rug, and general estimate, based on sizing I provided, and soil. I also wanted them scotchguarded. Rick picked the rugs up on the day and time agreed...on time and professional, treated our rugs as his own. At that time he measured, checked repairs, stains and finalized the cost. He informed us during the process, and let us know when they would be dry and ready to deliver. Our rugs look fabulous! They are fresh, brightened, no stains, and repaired. Excellent job. We will have them clean our bedroom carpets in a month or two. It was a pleasure doing business with Rick and will use his company from now on. Our rugs were an investment, and were treated accordingly by his company. They look new. We felt the price was very fair, especially considering pickup, delivery, and care taken. We have no hesitation offering Rick and his company our highest recommendation.

Within 5 to 7 working days, as promised, Dry Solutions brought the rugs back to my home. They looked brand new. I was very pleased with their appearance. These rugs are 20+ years old and look like they did when first purchased. Also 3 of the rugs had fringe on them and Dry Solutions removed the fringe. They did an excellent job. I was so pleased with the outcome that I sent 4 more area rugs back with them for cleaning. The owner of Dry Solutions was at all times very professional and exhibited an extensive knowledge of all things connected with types of floors and floor coverings. They arrived at my home exactly on time and brought the rugs back exactly when promised.

It went exceptionally well, and just as good as expected. That's why we searched for them on Angie's List. Here's the details... First, The two men from Dry Solutions arrived on time!! That's a huge plus for this company in my book! They're professional in all aspect of their work and interactions with the customer. Rick started by asking for all the details of what they were to do, and then he went to work getting it done. Next, he stretched and tucked hallway carpeting that had been soaked by a bathroom flood. That work was meticulously done! Following that, he used some extra carpeting we had to patch a small strip of frayed carpet at the threshold of the kitchen, and he blended it perfectly. Terry, vacumed the entire condo, then Rick began cleaning the carpet with his circular penetrating scrubber. He even made sure the areas behind the doors at the baseboard were cleaned in great detail. They worked in a smooth team effort to finish the job quickly. Terry followed Rick's carpet scrubbing with the steam cleaning wand to deep clean the carpet and extract dirt, residue and water. They sprayed the protection on the carpet as they went from section to section. They moved methodically from the master bedroom through the condo to the hallway that led to the garage. And get this... they used several small floor fans to dry the carpet as they went from section to section. That's not ever been done in our place before! They took precautions to protect the corner of the walls at the baseboards by using corner covers. Here's another great reason for you to hire them... Shortly after they began, they had my trust in their business ethics. My wife and I had to leave for an appointment as they started cleaning the hallway carpet. Having earned my trust by their professionalism, I felt comfortable leaving our home, and showed Rick how to close the garage door. I paid him for their services and left knowing that I had nothing to be concerned about. We returned to see our carpet looking the best it had been in more than 5 years, and the satisfaction in knowing we were right to trust them with our home. Believe me, you can trust them to do the job right, if you can't be home to oversee the work. From our perspective, this is what sets them apart and above their competition... They don't waste the customer's time, and most importantly, their money. They come in, work fast with the same perfection they would give any work performed to their own home. They take precautions to protect the customers interior, especially the baseboards by using corner covers. And, they're meticulous in all they do no matter what type of work they're doing. Hiring Dry Solutions was the best decision we made for getting our carpet really clean. The carpet cleaner we've used for the last 4 years has just lost us as a customer. The quality of his work couldn't match the quality delivered by Dry Solutions.

We have used Rick from Dry Solutions for over a decade. We trust him so much that we will leave him in the house alone and allow him to come in with our garage code without us being home. We often use him just for spot cleaning, but this last week had the whole house done. Very happy.

We have been using Dry Solutions for our carpet cleaning needs for over 10 years now. I am a real estate professional and refer Rick with Dry Solutions to all of my customers for their carpet cleaning needs as well. We are always satisfied with their work and prices.

I called Rick and he called right back and wanted to schedule estimate and review for a couple of days out. He showed up right on time and was very professional. He even had those little blue booties to put on so he did not track anything else onto our rugs. The estimate seemed fare so we scheduled to have the work done right after the first of the year as he was busy and we wanted to put up our Christmas Tree and decorations so we did not want to have to move all the furniture and not have our tree up for Christmas. Rick came right on time 1-13-14 and again was very professional. When Rick pulled the carpet back to be able to apply the rug stretcher he found a real mess. BOB's Carpet had cut small pieces of the under padding and laid them down instead of doing a continuous pad. That is why the padding was all bunched up which caused the rug to produce the big wave almost the entire length of the carpet (about 20 feet). Rick took pictures and Emailed to me as proof of the un-professional and shoddy job of installment that BOB's Carpet did on the padding and rug. Rick told my wife when he saw the mess that BOB"'s Carpet left : he may not be able to get all of the wave out of the carpet without taking the entire carpet and padding up and re-installing it the correct way. My wife chose to have him do the best he could as we were not in a position to pay for a complete re-install of the carpet. Rick got most of the wave out and explained every thing to my wife and also to me at a later call to him. Rick also gave me the information of the IICRC (National institute that sets rules etc for carpet installation) and advised me to send the pictures he took to them and report BOB's Carpet for the extremely poor install. Overall, Rick did a good job with what he had to work with. I wold hire again when the need arises. I thought the price of $95.00 to clean one rug area was a little high.

Was lucky enough to select Rick, the owner from Angies list, he responded that same day at 6 oclock when my tenant arrived and since it was within 48 hrs of the water damage he immediately place his equipment into the condo after explaining to me the gravity of the event. He was both professional, courteous , knowledgeable and concerned. The equipment dried out the drywall and Rick also lifted baseboard and rugs without damage, he has the specialty tools for the job and worked in conjunction with my tenant. The insurance adjuster met Rick onsite and believed he was the right man for the job.

We have used them for nearly ten years, and we find them very trustworthy. In fact, we are completely comfortable leaving them alone in the house. Furthermore, they have competitive rates and a really great spot cleaner that we use.

Everything went well. My mother had originally planned to have the entire carpet cleaned, but she wasn't feeling well on the day of the cleaning. Thus, she asked if they would clean just the walking path, and the company was more than happy to oblige. She was very appreciative of this. Furthermore, the areas which they did clean look great.

I would definitely recommend them. The group that came to the house was very efficient and did a good job. The carpet looked great, and it wasn't wet or damp afterward since they used the dry method of carpet cleaning. There wasn't any chemical aroma left over either which is great for people who have allergies.
