We contacted several roofers to get quotes all of the roofers were on time when scheduled courtesy and listened to our concerns. Dale was the last roofer However my gut feeling and Dale's suggestions for extending our roof vent ( which i had to suggest to the other roofers cause our attic gets to hot) plus including additional plywood boards built into the price which the other did not do. He wasn't the cheapest (but closer to the low end) nor the most expensive but he did not use sub contractors and his crew has been with him for long time ,plus has a foreman on site through the whole time. That means something to me as a consumer. His office called and asked if His crew can show up a few days early from the original installation date. We agreed of course. They were on time,courtesy and the foreman spoke with us prior to the work being started. They took two days to rip off 2 layers of old shingles and replace additional plywood which was rotted Note: We had to wait 2 mos to get our roof repaired because of the back log of jobs and plywood issues regardless of who we picked it was the same timeline for all roofers. this probably contributed to more plywood being replaced then normal. Regardless they did a great job cleaned up after themselves and left my wife a sample of the roof shingle to use to paint the house. When i need a new roof again hopefully not for another 15-18yrs (on a 25yr grade shingle) i would use them again in a heartbeat. They keep to there schedule cleaned up after themselves est. would have on target except for the shoddy job the ex owner did to to try and do a quick fix on the roof plus the original builders in 86 did not use flanges on some of the corners and peak areas too. This i know personally when i went on my roof to tap down shingles and peeled back some of them in in trouble areas.

Dale was prompt for the estimate. The cost was right for my budget. I had already chosen the color/style of the shingles from the manufacturers website. They placed me on the schedule for January. I wanted a couple months to pass before they started which fit both our schedules. They called me at the end of January as agreed and started the project the next day. There was a crew of six employees who arrived on time, were always courteous, and obviously experienced at their career field and I didn't have to be bilingual. They tore the old roof off, inspected for damage and replace the roof with new materials including vents and caps. They were finished in three days. Everyday they would clean up before leaving. Their supervisor, Mike, was courteous, experienced and kept me informed of all the fazes of the job and answered all my questions. When the job was complete Mike took care of the paperwork while his crew cleaned up. When they left the roof and home looked like new again and nothing was damaged. I made the right choice.

Awesome, Awesome, Awesome....Came when they said they would and a team of them had the old roof off repairs made and everything but the new shingles on in one day....Finished the next...The employees where friendly, courteous and picked up after themselves.. The owner Dale Webb stopped by twice each day to check on his crew. Had a large bush that topped the roof which they had to trim, not only did they do so without leaving a major gap in the bush, but made sure all clippings where disposed off. I felt the price was good considering my roof needed to be updated to the new codes and wind conditions...Also attic vents were added at no additional cost to help with energy cost. Have a 10 year warranty and being updated will also reduce my insurance cost yearly....I would highly recommend and have recommended them to other clients....It's great to know that you can depend on bussiness like Dale Webb's Roofing for major jobs like mine....I can't thank them enough for being a responsible company that keeps their word...It means a lot.

Good price, good appearance, on time, no APPARENT leaks. Unfortunately, we discovered extensive water damage in a wall adjacent to a shower drain vent over a year later. When I called, they came right out that same day and re-sealed the vent. No more problems. Still, we're out over $3000 for repairs inside.

Representative came out arriving on time. He walked around the house to estimate the size of the roof, and gave my husband the estimate. He also said he would paint our chimney for us. My husband said he was very professional and he had a good feeling about him. When we looked over the quote we did not see our flat roof being included. We called to check and he had not included it. He came back out and added it to the estimate. He said he did not see it even though he was in the backyard. We compared the quotes and my husband preferred this one being the least expensive even being slightly uncomfortable about missing the flat roof. An appointment was set for 10AM to sign the contract, it needed to be early because I start work at 11AM. We waited and my husband said he would call our 2nd choice if he wasn't there by 11AM. A little after 11AM he called and my husband told him we were going with someone else because he was so late. He said his office had told him anytime before noon. The girl in the office called the next morning and said if she had know we were going with someone else she never would have bothered to send him out to begin with and promptly hung up. My husband never had a chance to respond. I thought the review about the girl in the office might be exaggerated but that is obviously not the case. This company may lose a lot of business with her attitude.

We got the estimate in mid March---one of three. Dale was on time for the appointment. We went with Webb because the price was the best and they did afew extra thing for us. We got a call that they would start the work at 7:30 monday morning. The crew pulled in at 20 after 7 and went right to work. They tore off the old and layed the modified bitumen peel and stick secondary water barrier the first day. The next day RAIN, but nothing came through. They finished the job Wed. and did a great job cleaning up.

He seemed to know what he was doing, but he was more expensive.

I emailed this company to ask for a simple re-roofing estimate and I never got one response from them. No Phone Call or Email back. I have emailed several other companies for re-roofing estimates and got responses back the next business day. I am giving this company an F for responsiveness since they never contacted me back, and I am giving them a F for professionalism. They must get business from word of mouth advertising because they sure don't know how to communicate via a phone or email

Excellent! I have delayed posting a recommendation since I believe on jobs as large as this, one is usually happy immediately after the completion. A little time allows for closer inspection and follow up if needed. Dave came out and made the estimate on the roof. He explained options available, listened to the extras we needed done and agreed to doing it all for one price. Once we had signed the contract Dave kept us informed of the status on the start date. Weather delayed the start several times but Dave always kept us up to date. We have a large roof and Dave wanted to be as sure as possible that the job could be completed in good weather. The crew arrived on the date and time specified and got to work. Work progressed swiftly and the foreman (I forgot his name) kept us informed of what was going on. He even took pictures I requested for my insurance company. Everyone on the crew was courteous and performed well. Anyone I asked a question to was eager to respond and took the time to detail the what's and why's. It was obvious that the crew knew what to do and how to do it. Even though Dave had a competent crew Dave was on site daily, sometimes more often, ensuring that everything was progressing well and making sure we were satisfied. The job was completed on the date promised. About 6 weeks later I called Dave for some followup on little details regarding the roof. Dave and Foreman arrived that evening listened to what I was concerned about and explained what they would do. Sure enough, the Foreman himself came and completed the details. I recommend Dale Webb Roofing and would use their services again. I am as pleased with the work as I was on the day it was completed.

Dale scheduled estimate and work. He was prompt, courteous and professional. Cost was in the middle of the group of 5 estimates. The crew was timely, hard working, and cleaned up after themselves. Work was complete in 3 days as promised. Overall experience was excellent and I can recommend with enthusiasm.

He was on time and told me what he was going to do. He followed up and the price was reasonable. When he left the area was clean and neat. Everything was taken care of.

We developed a minor leak in our 4-yr-old roof over our garage. The only negative experience was that we called on a Saturday, and our call was not returned until Monday. I know their office hours are Mon-Fri, but the website did say that they offer emergency service. I don't know how they could, since they do not check messages during non-office hours. While the leak wasn't doing a lot of damage, we would have paid extra to have someone come out on the weekend. Once we were in contact with them, we were impressed with the friendliness and expertise of both the office staff and the roofer who came out to our house. Mike was able to pinpoint the small source of the leak (a nail that had backed out of the shingle) and had it repaired quickly. He took time to go over the roof and check the condition of the shingles, roof vent, flashing, etc. Fortunately he found it all to be in good condition and said that we shouldn't have any problems with our roof for many years. We couldn't be happier with the service, and will call them for any future roofing needs.

As soon as I met Dale Webb when he came to my home for an estimate I was immediately impressed with his knowledge, friendliness, and professionalism. He did a fantastic job on my roof and it looks beautiful. I would recommend him to anyone as I am completely satisfied.
