+ -1 moreThere was an issue with the measurements, we were unable from multiple attempts I would have to estimate we emailed/called over 15 times (left a message 3 or 4 times) every other call was answered by VM. They never did give us the measurements we actually paid for so we could ultimatley see where the mistake layed. First off Cypress was never asked to design which cabinets went where or if nooks etc are being utilized, they were paid to just measure the space, Direct Buy consultant was doing the design. We ended up with an unfinished end to the pantry cabinet due to the error. Very dissatisfied with the lack of response and responsibilty to the end user/customer from Cypress, would never recommend or utilize the services again, how hard is it to return a phone call?

+ -1 moreOverall, went very well. This is a large project and expect delays- The delays were of no fault to Cypress. Mark has a keen eye for remodel projects and suggestions. Expect not have use of bathroom for 8 weeks.
Description of Work: Remodel of Master Bathroom. Garden tub removed, shower closet moved to tub area. Plumbing- added and increased pipe size. Numerous faucets, and sprays. Bench and walls for shower area, with glass enclosure. Cabinets replaced, exhaust fan, re-wired numerous outlets. Wall removed by orginal shower for expanded closet. Drywall and Painting. New faucet, sinks, mirrors.
