Not happy at all. I got more weeds then when they started. They will come back, if you call them. The last guy was rude. I never had a good experience with them.

They always do a good job and I like the pricing.

We are very happy with them. They come out every other month, unless we have a problem and when we call them, they come out within a day. The cost alternates every other month, one month it’s $45 and the next 2 months, it’s $65. It’s staggered, it’s only 6 times a year. They are local company, they are not one of the major big ones. They do good service. They are very good and very consistent. We receive compliments on our lawn. I have been using them for about a year.

They were recommended by a neighbor. I asked him who was taking care of his yard because I wasn’t happy with the people I was using and he told me. I called them, they came out and they were very good.

I have known them for years! They are professional, reasonable and accessible. They do our yard to keep the pests out and any indoor insects as well. They are very good! I would recommend them and use them, again.

On time, fully explained what he would do. Examined premises and measured. Returned same day and completed perimeter treatment for termites. Has been back once to check bait traps and treat yard for Fire Ants.

Very good, Called in AM was at house before noon and treatment started around 4PM that same day.

I had active termites four years ago which were treated by another company with a chemical barrier. I found some damage to my mounding which I had never noticed before and feared the termites returned. I called for an inspection which was free. They came IMMEDIATELY, within a few hours, to inspect. David came out and looked at the damage which he found was NOT live termites but rather damage and dead termites from the last time. He was professional and thorough. He explained things in laymans terms and inspected the whole house to be sure it was all clear. He suggested we consider a baiting system rather than chemical barrier and outlined the pricing system but was not pushy or hard sell. He could have sold me the package based on the dead termites and I probably wouldnt have known but he laid out my options which even included using his competitor. We will likely use his service for prevention of future damage.

Perfect and I have yet to have an pest issues. Crenshaw is always willing to come back to address any issue that may develop between treatments.

We've seen a great drop off in bugs around here. These guys are super responsive. With that contract, they'll come out extra any time you have an issue for no charge. We suddenly had wasp nests all around the exterior of the house. We called them and they came out, sprayed the outside, checked out the attic, and then follow up by phone and email occasionally. It's a bit of an added expense to the budget, but these guys go out of their way to schedule with you and make sure you have zero bugs roaming around. Highly recommend.

I originally called Crenshaw, because I had trailing ants traveling around my house outside. Randy came promptly, and within two or three treatments, the problem was completely solved and I haven't had any problems since. Now I have this company for regular preventative service. Randy is always friendly and courteous, professional and speedy. The fee is reasonable and I'm very happy with this company.

It went very well with a no pressure talk about our lawn and what Crenshaw could do for us. After signing on a follow up call from the office reinforced the product and type of service to expect including a contact person in case we needed assistanceay. Two weeks later a supervisor came out and inspected lawn retreated as needed, no cost to me. Lawn looks better already, cost is $35 per month foe 6yearly visits with free servicing as needed. Nice people who know what they are doing.

We have used this company for at least 14 years and have been very satisfied with them. They are pleasant, thorough, arrive at the promised time/day, and we do not have a bug problem. On the rare occasions when I have an issue, I call and they come and solve the problem.

They are always on time, courteous, careful to keep the house clean. On the rare occasions that I have needed more frequest service or a re-treatment, they have been very quick to respond. Highly recommended.

AnHe was wonderful. I believed I had bugs eating the wood trim in my home. He could have charged me for services to exterminate them, but instead told me the truth that it was water damage from inferior paint. I had given up on termite maintenance because all the companies I had used in the past few years continually tried to high pressure me into buying more services than I needed or wanted, telling me I had bugs where I knew I did not. But I knew I had termites in the past as well as the kind of ants that eat damp wood. I use natural products for everything else in my home and have not seen any kind of other bug since I built it 30 years ago. He gave me a free inspection and told me he will come back in the Spring before the termites swarm every year to do preventive maintenance for me and that that is all I need to have done. Thank God for Angie's List and for the few honest businessmen out there like this one who reinforce our faith in humanity! I have NO problem paying a reasonable price for services I need to have done.

Crenshaw pest control was awesome! They called back right away and Mr. Crenshaw was at the house exactly when he said he would be, and was very forthcoming about an estimate, no hidden fees. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They are one of the few Tampa based companies with the expertise to put down Top Choice fire ant control. It is a suberb product, it completely eliminated all the fire ants. It is guarenteed for one year or they will come back and re-treat. So far not a single fire ant is anywhere. The best part is that the product is non-toxice to pets, kids and wildlife, even non-toxice to and quot;goodand quot; ants that don't bite. Estimates begin at around $300 to remove fire ants from 50 ft around the house. A fantastic product and a great company, and for those of us who have dealt with fire ants for years, amazing!! Crenshaw Termite & Pest Control are reliable, they come when they are supposed to, and let you know. They are very courteous and do a good job.

They have been very good over time. They show up almost exactly at the promised appointment time, come back at no charge if there is a problem between visits, and have been very good at problem-solving at times when needed. I highly recommend this company.

Jon was our tech and he arrived on time, showed me what kind of ant was giving us trouble,set bait and sprayed the whole house inside and out, he even put some granuals in the yard mounds for us We are very pleased with him and this company and we are on service every other month.We have 2 cats and the stuff he used is pet safe.

Want to overcharge, priced for much more grass than we have.

I have been using them for several years. They are prompt and courteous. They are also responsive if there is an issue.
