Chad and his team were absolutely amazing, helping fix a broken in pipe in an emergency situation. From the time I called to the time they arrived and fixed the broken pipe, was within a couple of hours. Phenomenal customer service & professionalism from everyone I spoke with. On top of it all, I was expecting a bill for several hundred dollars, given what needed to be done, and much to my surprise and pleasure, was charged a little over $100. Would absolutely refer anyone in the greater Tampa area, to Continental!

Rich from Continental Plumbing did a great job. He came out and told me what needed to be done to correctly repair the problem. That old pipe had to be replaced and that required breaking through the drywall and opening up the concrete block since the drain pipe had been placed in the middle of the concrete block. The dishwasher had to come out as well because the vent pipe was directly behind the dishwasher and the new PVC pipe had to connect to the vent. Rich did a great job and I'm glad to have had someone very experienced with the exact type of problem I was facing.

Continental Plubing by far is the best plumbers I've ever dealt with. They were on time,did a fantastic service fixing the leak in my shower head and the price was good too. Highly recommended 5 stars!!!!

Owner Chad did a superb job and is a consummate expert. His wife Amy runs everything inside the business and kept me advised as to Chad's arrival. The company was responding to another customer's emergency job which required several people from Continental to handle it but they were able to take care of me as well. Previously, I used them for an emergency break to a sewer line caused by my landscaper and they handled that major repair quickly. This is a highly competent, fair and ethical family oriented-company and I am now a loyal customer.

Very well. Bill worked hard and remained to take care of a couple of other issues he discovered as well. This was a home we had just moved into, so he did a great job with a thorough review of the plumbing in our home.

It was about $2500. Definitely an A for price, they gave us a really good price. I've used them before but it was a while ago. Yes, absolutely, I would use Continental Plumbing again.

What a great experience. We just moved into a new home and had to call a plumber for a sewer line backing up in shower on Sunday… Sunday, January 1st. Yes, NEW YEARS DAY. Spoke to Amy and she calmly assured us that a technician would be there as soon as current call was finished and she would call when he was on his way. She did, and Chad the owner arrived (He took the holiday to let his guys have to day off). Cut to the chase; Chad snaked, had to use a camera for an interesting pipe layout, jumped on roof, snaked and solved our problem. It seemed like 10 minutes but I’m sure it was longer. We were fortunate to find Continental on our first call. No double time and a half holiday rate. Just the straight fixed price. Really… how many companies do that! Chad’s demeanor was like a friendly neighbor. Aside from the unpleasant situation we were in, Chad and Amy and Continental Plumbing made the experience, well, almost nice. A big thanks to them.

We couldn't be happier with the work that Jansen did. He arrived on time but that is nothing new for these guys, he explained what he had to do and just did it. We have been using Continental Plumbing for years and have never been unhappy. They are the nicest group of men we have had work in our home. You can trust them to provide quality workmenship at a fair price.

They were recommended to us by another provider we called from Angies List. That provider was booked up for days and told us to call Continental Plumbing. We are so happy we did. They are fantastic. They were able to come right away. The technician was professional and knowledgeable. This was not an easy problem to solve as there were some underlying problems with the toilet. The technician took his time and fixed everything perfectly, and at a very reasonable price. I would definitely use them again.

I noticed the water pressure had dropped off almost completely when running water from more than one location. The Tarpon Springs water department suggested I should close the bypass valve on my water softener to see if that made a difference. There was an immediate increase in pressure so I checked Angie's list. I chose Continental because they were close and had an excellent reputation. Jason came to my home Friday the 8th. He explained why my current unit was malfunctioning and made several recommendations. We agreed on price and date to install the new unit. Jason and Jake his apprentice showed up on Wed the 13th. They were very professional and enjoyable to deal with. They even took care of a minor problem I was having before leaving.

The plumber who came was Chris Ramsey. He was courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and a craftsman. The quality of the work and fairnesss of the price were first rate. If every job were done this well and left every customer as satisifed as myself, we wouldn't need to worry about jobs going overseas.

I called them for a kitchen sink leak. They found that the faucet housing was bad. They told me they could sell and install a faucet or I could buy my owm and they'd come back. Which I did. This was the 2nd time I'd used them. They're always quick, neat, and curtious. Then they checked my water softener. I'd turned it off 3 years before because my wife didn't like the feel of the water. I had called a Tarpon Springs water softener company and they said I needed a new $3,000 system. The Continental plumber started it, checked it out and ran it through its cycles and said "OK, it's working fine". He told me that the system components were in great shape. I so appreciate their honesty.

EXCELLENT experience from beginning to end. Called on a Sunday afternoon (late) as my tenant had a clog in the lines of my rental house and my efforts failed to clear it. I reached an answering service that had the sweetest lady who helped me, showed genuine interest, and got the owner, Chad, to call me immediately. He was able to shuffle an appointment for early the next morning and Chris the plumber showed up. Clean, professional, and took care of the clog immediately. While he was there I also had him look at some other plumbing work that needed to be done, and he was able to arrange it so he could come back the next day and finish that AND keep it on the same ticket so as to save me some money. VERY happy with this company and if I need plumbing services in the future I will call them without hesitation.

They were very prompt. They did a good job. They cleaned up after themselves. It was good.

Jason was the tech that came out and he was very courteous and professional. We had critters in the roof and did not know how they were getting in. The roof had been sealed. Jason suggested putting a camera through the vent stacks to see if there were holes and he let me observe. There was 1 large hole in a not so easy place to get to. He figured out the best place to get in and worked hard in a very small area. I appreciate that he came out just for an estimate but stayed and did the job. I would definitely use them again and will recommend them.

We changed the spindle to the shower tub unit and leak was still after this was changed and after two tries whit no extra charges they stop the leak. They performed the job until it was done right. That is a company that stands behind their work.

We have had a continual problem with the cartridges leaking on our icemaker line after a year or so. My husband and I are not able to move the refrigerator and replace these cartridges on a regular basis. Chad, the owner of Continental Plumbing came over to make the repair and replace the filtration cartridge for us. We discussed various ways he could handle the problem and the way we decided upon was cheaper than the other two suggestions we discussed. It's rare that someone will give you an alternative that will not increase the bottom dollar for him. Chad is simply a good and decent guy. Spend 5 minutes with him and you know his parents raised him right. O.K. now I sound like the grandma I am. He arrived spic and span and his red/white/blue patriotic truck is a work of art that makes you want to stand up and salute. His appointment gal is actually his wife and she was right on top of things, keeping in touch if Chad was going to be late and then calling to alert us when he was on his way to the house. The price was more than reasonable. Remember there is a coupon running on Angie's list for your benefit as well. Chad knows his stuff. He used to live in my neighborhood years ago so was familiar with the plumbing aspects of that construction period. I'm happy to give Continental Plumbing my highest recommendation. I have his magnetic card on my refrigerator so I'll know who to call in case of an emergency.

Showed up on time, did exactly what was requested and answered all questions. These guys will be my goto now for plumbing. Price was as expected for service provided.
