Chad Need renovated my condo including demolition of the existing kitchen and surrounding walls followed by installation of new flooring throughout the unit and Installation of a completely new kitchen including cabinetry, a drop ceiling, and functional island, and overhead lighting. He completed the necessary plumbing, provided oversight for the electrical wiring, and installed low voltage under cabinet and toe kick lighting. He also retextured several walls. He obtained and actively managed all permits and inspections. He remained on budget and on schedule throughout the renovation. The job was comprehensive and his work, attention to detail, and craftsmanship were exemplary. My after renovation, my unit was deemed the best in the building.
