Description of Work: My family has used many of times. My roof had damage from a gutter installation. I waited over a month to hear back from Bartlett Roofing. I kept getting we will call you back. All I wanted was a date and a time. I was then informed when the owner was finally on his way out to my house my warranty wasn’t valid. That would of been good to know a month earlier. The customer service wasn’t worth the stress. They did fix the roof and I believe they do a good job.

Description of Work: They repaired a leak in the roof.

Description of Work: We used Bartlett in the past repair to roof valleys took two times to get it right. They are very unresponsive. When the father ran the business they were very professional. Since son took over we would never use again

Description of Work: Found them on Angie's list. Called them on Friday 7/15/11 Owner was here on Monday 7/18 and up on the roof to determine where the leak was and what needed to be done. The leak was in a valley that should never have been there, as it slowed down the flow of water from my roof. We had a 5 " rain storm the previous week and the water got under the shingles and came through into my ceiling. He gave me an estimate to include doing a lot of replacement work, and checking to make sure all the possible damage was taken care of. He had two men show up at 7:30 AB on Wednesday 7/20, and they knew exactly what to do, and how to do it. I think they did a great job. That was a lot of money for 2 1/2 hours work, but I think they knew what they were doing and did it right. They had all the materiels with them, and never took a break until the job was done. I am well satisfied.. I will let you know if I run into any future problems from that area of my roof, but I don't think I will. G W, New Port Richey, FL.

Description of Work: A representative came out and showed us why we needed a new roof rather than wasting money n repairs. He does do repairs to tile roofs, so he would have earned the money. He referred us to another company who most of neighborhood has used because he knows him as a reliable man who does good work.

Description of Work: REPAIRED LEAK ON TILE ROOF. REMOVED 6' X 6' SECTION OF TILES AROUND A VENT, CHECKED FOR INTEGRITY OF ROOF AND SEALS, RE-SEALED AND REPLACED TWO VENT CAPS. REPOSITIONED AND SECURED CHIMNEY CAP WITHOUT ADDED CHARGE. KEPT TO ESTIMATE.

Description of Work: Installed a new porch roof.
