Description of Work: Had them install a system, explained that i had a garden in back yard and asked them to to give me hard water for back yard ,garden died, had a Jacuzzi installed water was tested it was soft water ,went to them and asked them to honor there install they wanted to charge me a hundred dollars to fix it.

+ -1 moreI have ongoing issues with Aqua Soft every time they fill up my unit or add salt. The unit will work fine until it is filled up, they never check the unit before they leave. I have called the owners out several times. Last December, they came out to fill the unit and it would not work. They repaired it, but it did not work again. It was covered under a 90 day warranty so they came back and repaired it again. John, the owner, says that they should be checking the unit each time they fill it up. The son, came out today and said he wasn't going to charge me for the service call. He then told me he would only charge $25.00 instead of $42.00. I feel like they are always taking my money, all he did was dump some water in. He also put a bag in, which I don't mind paying for. I don't like that they charged me for the service visit when I have been with them for 12 years. There was no repair performed.

Description of Work: Removed old water softener and installed a new unit, re-plumbed to todays standards, filled system with salt, started the unit and went over the operation of the new system. John was very professional from his appointment to the completion of the job. His crew was actually a few minutes early and worked until finished and cleaned up the area. I could not have asked for a better experience. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone needing a water softener or service. They are the BEST!!!

+ -1 moreVERY VERY PLEASED WITH JOHN LEVEY. HE DID NOT CHARGE FOR THE INSPECTION ONLY FOR THE SALT NEEDED TO PUT IN THE TANK. YOU CAN TELL THAT HE HAS BEEN IN THE BUSINESS FOR OVER 20 YEARS. VERY PROFESSIONAL.
Description of Work: INSPECTED WATER TANK & EQUIPMENT AFTER WE BOUGHT THE HOUSE. ALSO SHOWED US HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS.
