He was very, very good. He beat everybody in the price and just went way above and beyond. He did a four point and a wind mitigation ,which everybody charged more for. I paid $250 and everybody wanted, like, $400, $450 and $375 and they charged extra for the wind mitigation also. His was included. He was really thorough and, like, held the inspection until he got everything fixed to make sure that my insurance, everything would go through. He was really good. I have recommended him to people already. He has the best prices around and he was the most prompt to get back to me; he got back to me immediately. It took about two hours to do the inspection; he was really thorough. He went up to the attic, I mean he went all around the property. He just was really, really thorough. I can't think of anything that he could improve on.

The service was extremely professional and punctual. The report was much more detailed than I was expecting with a large amount of high resolution photos. I had no issues when trying to make contact with Scott with questions. The inspection report uncovered issues that even the issues was no aware of, potentially saving me thousands(if not tens of thousands) down the road. Now I was able to make the seller payed for the repairs before closing. Scott was extremely prompt for re inspection and provided all of the documentation quickly and easily. Overall, the home buying process has been one big headache from start to finish but Scott Gant made this part smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend Anchor to friends and family.

Anchor Home Inspections is Top Notch. They answered my call right away which was huge seeing that I was in a time crunch to get a home inspection completed. They were very knowledgeable and professional upon arrival, letting me know what tasks they were going to be performing on the home.
