+ -1 moreHe discovered a relay and another part that needed replacing and fixed the unit for a minimal cost. He said the thermostat was dented but seemed to be working fine so we could just keep using it. It was so good to have an A/C contractor that actually just fixed the unit for minimal cost despite its age. We will use him again for any A/C work.
Description of Work: We had an A/C unit in a spare room stop working - the outside compressor would run constantly without heating the room. We called Ron, telling him it was for a spare room and we wanted to do the minimum to fix it even tho it was over ten years old. We have been frustrated with other A/C contractors who always seem to price their work so you buy an new unit.

Description of Work: Our A/C unit quit working and I purchased a deal for another contractor to come out and look at it. They did not respond for 3days so I called this guy. He came right out next morning and had it running in less than an hour. He charged unit also. the price was more than fair for a new part, charge-up and labor.
