+ -1 moreExcellent. Rocky called before I even left the Angie's List website and we made an appointment for the next morning. He had to order a part but got us fixed soon after. He was knowledgeable, efficient with his time and mine, polite, very pleasant to deal with and totally surpassed expectations. I will call him again for any future appliance repairs! Can recommend him without hesitation to anyone!

+ -1 moreRocky was a true pleasure to work with. He called me immediately when I placed my request on Angie's List. He worked around our busy work schedule. He called back and showed up every time he said that he would. On time and prepared. I had requested a maintenance check on my washer and dryer. Rocky was honest in advising that my dryer was in perfect working condition and required no repairs or service. He identified the underlying issue with my washing machine, ordered parts and came back to complete the repair earlier than originally scheduled. I would highly recommend and will certainly do business with him again. He is a hard-working, knowledgeable professional in every aspect.

+ -1 moreHe came back with the wrong part, but decided to go ahead and just change it since it was the part he had, and he would order the correct part for us. THen he called and said it would be a few days before the part would come. Meanwhile, the FREEZER quit working, and we have now lost all the food in our freezer, and the fridge is still warm. He stood INSIDE the fridge IN HIS SHOES while working, no step ladder. He removed all the food, even though i asked if any thing needed moved as i didn't want him touching all our food. He wouldn't move. We do not recommend this person / company at all. He doesn't' have a clue on refrigerators or customer service or hygiene. He did come and put the old, working part back in and give us our diagnosis fee back when we expressed our anger at losing a freezer full of meat.

This company is a one person show, with a kid who does NOT know what he is doing. He came our for a diagnosis. told us what he felt the problem was and estimated cost, we talked about guarantees on parts and labor.
