Description of Work: Installation of new gutters in front of the house and on one side. Buried a drain tube in the front to channel the rainwater out to the driveway. Replaced one screen panel over pool cage. |This company is very professionally run. I received an estimate by email that was in the expected price range. The work was performed shortly after agreement was reached. The work was performed on time, and the installation was perfect. No adjustments were necessary. I was billed for the work via email. That was refreshing in itself, as most of these types of services want payment onsite and immediately, before you have a chance to see if the work is really complete. I am very pleased with this company, and will certainly use them in the future.

Description of Work: I discovered gray squirrels had chewed a hole in the roof of my pool cage, to use for nesting material. I contacted my brother-in-law, who has previously used A Aluminum and Rescreening to rescreen his pool cage and his parents' pool cage. I contacted the company and left a voice message. My call was returned just a few hours later. We scheduled an appointment for a free estimate. One of the owners responded, as scheduled, to my home for the estimate. I asked for an estimate to replace three screens and then a separate estimate to rescreen the entire cage. Mr. Avila was professional and very accommodating. We scheduled the work for the following week. |The night before the appointment, I emailed the company stating I had just discovered an additional squirrel chew hole in a ground level screen. The next morning Mr. Avila responded to my email and assured me the fourth, smaller panel would also be replaced. |Two workers arrived at my home, promptly, the day of the appointment. I pointed out the screens to be replaced and they quickly got to work. All four screens were replaced in just under one hour. The original estimate was $190, for the three large panels. I was charged just an additional $25 for the fourth, smaller panel, which was more than acceptable. |I am very satisfied with the company and work product.

Description of Work: They replaced the entire screening on the existing frame, after they pressure cleaned it. The job had a few glitches( the pressure cleaner broke) but all was corrected and the job was excellent all around!

Description of Work: I had my lanui rescreened. Very professional and reasonable excellent quality of workmanship. I had my work done in 2008 and can't remember the exact cost but I had three quotes for the job and his was the best.

 + -1 moreEveryone I was in contact with was very professional. They returned my first call promptly and came out within two days to give me an estimate. We scheduled the work for a few days later; they did have to reschedule it because the pet doors hadn't arrived but they called to talk with me about that. the two men who came to do the job arrived early and finished within a couple of hours, they were very polite and professional and friendly and did an excellent job.

Santiago and crew came up with a great idea and the results were great. Santiago and his crew got on the job early and stayed late, we had to turn on the outside lights one night, they completed the job in three days leaving the job site clean. The have our greatest recommendation.

Description of Work: We had our entire lanai rescreened. Not only was the price competitive, but the service was phenomenal. Phones calls were promptly returned and questions answered. The workmanship was exceptional and all those working on the job were courteous and efficient. This is one heck of a family run business and I have already recommended them to friends who may need repair work done. Good people, too.

 + -1 moreHe did it in a very nice way. It was pressure cleaning one day and he and finished the work the next day. He did above and beyond screening. It was a fair price compared to other companies. He did a very good job and I will hire him again. I went with him because he was honest. I am happy with the results. I like his conservative approach. When I asked him about the gutter work he was pleasant about it. He did all the work in one day. He had all of his information on the card; I would not have thought about getting the gutter work done if it was not on his card. I am glad he had that information there.
Description of Work: He replaced 18 screens that came loose. He also did spray cleaning and put up a gutter for me.

 + -1 moreThe work was performed on time as promised. They were very competitive on price. Though they did not beat the best price I could find, they came very close and I felt more confident with their responsiveness. The work seems to be of good quality. There was an issue with the concrete screws that Santiago (the installer) used not firmly holding in the CBS of my house, but he was able to switch to anchors. These held firmly but were less attractive, with big ugly heads sticking out. At my request he did everything he could to make it look right and the result was fine.
