Description of Work: Called this service for an estimate. Angie's List indicates that this service offers free estimates. The gentleman that took the call quoted a $75.00 charge for an estimate. He quickly explained that if his company was awarded the job, the $75.00 would go toward the bill. This is not a free estimate. Very disappointed in Angie's List.

+ -1 moreForgot the appointment for the estimate, waited for estimate for one week, sent two remider emails with no response. Called to find he mispelled my address although it was on a printed business card. Verbally confirmed he would send it next day which never happened. Called him again and got a sob story about how he worked late and didn't get to it. Verbally confirmed again it would be sent next day which again never happened. I waited 17 days and received nothing. Refused to spend any more time dealing with it and gave up.
Description of Work: Estimate for repairs.

+ -1 moreLeonard’s estimate came in very high because he quoted for 580 sq. feet of walls and 60 sq. ft. of flooring and 3 gallons of paint. I think they are just trying to get their customers to pay for extra materials so they can use them. This is incredibly dishonest. He also kept pushing me to hire him and has called me way too many times when we haven't responded or hired him.
Description of Work: Leonard came and did an estimate to completely remodel the bathroom including replacing the tub, drywall, plumbing, drains, tiling the floor and walls, and all new fixtures. The walls are 80 sq. ft. and the floors 20 sq ft. It would require 1 gallon of paint.
