Description of Work: The first few times they came were great. I had them come every 2 weeks and I would clean in between ...the last 2 times my upstairs shower was not touch and the downstairs toilet was not clean after that I began looking at floors etc closer just not a good job ..I think they need younger employees I am 58 and am too tired to clean well after a long week which is why I hired someone, the ladies they sent were much older than me so I know they feel the same way.

+ -1 moreMany Maids come every other Friday now. We are well pleased. They do a very nice job. They are real pleasant and they do a real nice job. They keep things well done. I really do not have any complaints with them.

+ -1 moreRhonda and Lana take special care in cleaning my wood floors and ensure that they are dried immediately to prevent damage. My wood floors have never looked so polished and clean. I have had Rhonda and Lana with MANY MAIDS since December 12, 2010. They have never shown any type of attitude except a good attitude. When they have completed cleaning all of the floors, and we still have time remaining, they always ask what else they can do to help me. I have never observed either Rhonda or Lana display a negative attitude I could not be happier with their service!
Description of Work: I have a spine injury, preventing me from performing certain tasks, such as vacuuming. Many Maids arrives monthly at precisely the same time, 8:30 am on the second Tuesday of every month, for one hour. They have never arrived late! I have the same two associates every month: Rhonda and Lana. Within one hour, they thoroughly clean and mop all of the floors in my home. They generally finish early so they perform additional tasks that are difficult for me to do such as bending over to clean my dining room chairs and they clean the sides and bottom of furniture that I am unable to reach. They perform all of these tasks within the one hour time frame.
